The sip club membership is completely useless when staff can't get you any drink in a timely manner. Sitting in line for a half an hour for a free drink is not worth it. Sitting in the drive through for ten minutes with no line is also ridiculous. Such a waste of money. Burn through gas waiting on staff and a drink even after you get the confirmation email saying your order is ready. Left my drink tonight because it's not worth it sitting there waiting.

I got a DoorDash order and when I got my food it was all messed up. I ordered a sandwich that was meant to have arugula, mozzarella, and tomato’s on it but it came with absolutely no arugula.

GREATEST PANERA ON THE PLANET!!!!! Evening staff on Sunday, 11/16 were the most compassionate, welcoming, and accommodating people. Food was AMAZING, and the experience was absolutely unbeatable. Restaurant was clean, everything came out perfect, all of the staff was pleasant and went above and beyond to make our trip to Panera unforgettable. 10/10 - highly recommend!!!!
