My husband and I enjoyed the fresh healthy food at Panera for years. Now that he is not with me, I stopped in for a warm bowl of soup by myself. Not what it used to be. The chicken wild rice soup was watery with had very little in the way of rice or vegetable. Big bowl, tiny bit of watery soup for almost $10.00! Not coming back.

Phone in an order to eat with my in-laws. Drove from across the river to pick it up, when I got everything home, we realized we were short a sandwich. I called in and the first person who answered the phone didn’t put me on hold and was swearing about me to others. Spoke with the manager, was really nice and said they’d refund the sandwich. I never got the refund.

Worst place to come to omg. First they couldn’t hear us through the drive thru speaker so we had to scream our order and when I say scream I mean scream. Then we waited 10-15 minutes to have anyone even open the drive thru window to talk to us. Then the soup I ordered wasn’t to “correct temperature” so I had to heat it up at home. Then we waited 20-30 minutes waiting for our food. Will not be coming here again unless someone is paying me thousands of dollars to wait for bare minimum food.

Ordered $70 in food. Missing 3 bags of chips , 1 napkin. No pickles w the sandwiches. This order was to-go. Took 47 mins to get! We shouldn’t have to check the bag. DO BETTER

What has happened to this location? It’s disgusting now. I’ve eaten here several times in the past two years and almost every single order has been wrong in some way or another with service getting worse and worse. I wish this Panera could get it together because this place used to be great. Now it’s run down and the food never looks appealing when it comes out. Last time I was here my soup was ice cold and this time they gave me a spoon for my salad which was a to-go order. Not to mention the bathrooms here which are abhorrent and probably a health hazard. Today was my last chance for Panera, I won’t be back.

Most panera locations are the same but I have to say there is ALWAYS so much inconsistency with my coffee orders here. I order the same coffee every time and its different every time. Update 7/14/25 would love to say they’ve improved service but I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes after paying. As far as I can tell I’m the only person here waiting on food… I probably could have received faster service ordering pizza

20 minutes in the drive thru lane without a single order coming out — Onalaska, WI — is anyone managing this place?
We travel all over the US and make it a point to find the nearest Panera for our turkey and cheddar with avocado sandwich. This Panera was extremely clean, and even though it was busy, being right off of I-90, the service was quick and friendly. The manager also approached us and asked how our food was. Excellent customer focus. The food was very tasty and fresh, including the avocado on our sandwiches. Delicious! Thank you! 🙏
