Pizza is great! Service for a slow day not so much! Order was to be ready at 1:14pm and it was not started until I went in and asked. Only one in there and employee on personal phone call... find some quality workers

Wish there was something good to say, but this entire franchise in the la crosse, onalska, holmen, and even Winona location are terrible. Wait times are atrocious. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Management at these locations is severely incompetent and has no business leading people or being in charge of P&L. The franchise owner needs to gut these places. How can you have the same issues for years, do nothing about it, and expect people to keep giving you money for poor products and service?

Prompt and accurate order

This is a customizable frozen pizza joint, keep expectations at that level. The people working were very kind, the pizza was there and all the customizations were met (we have a dairy allergy, and they were able to do vegan cheese which is rare in this area) the kids enjoyed the make your own pizza and the price point for those was perfect. The stuffed crust is basically Freschetta frozen pizza, the calzone was made to order (with the vegan cheese) and it was very tasty according to those who tried it.
If you're expecting gormet pizza? Don't go here. If you need a quick meal with some fun options to fill the tank? Papa Murphy's is a solid choice.

We tried to order via the website, but it would not complete the order 3 different times, so my husband ended up calling the order in. He had a coupon for $4 and 2 gift cards, one was a bonus $5 coupon that has to be used before the end of March which he planned to use. It took 3 employees, including the manager, as the other 2 employees did not know how to do a gift card. The coupon was on the cash register, and the gift cards were on the counter. He did not use the coupon or the $5 gift card, instead used the $25 no expiration date gift card, and when asked about using the coupon or the other gift card, he said, sorry it was too late! Employees need to be trained and I will return to complain about the service.
