Not a single greeting, took us without comment to busy area at a table with heavy traffic. Waited 20 minutes and no one came to help us, not even a water, or a be with you in a minute. We left to get lunch someplace else.
Our waitress Ms Ella was wonderful and patient with our child ordering food. Great service!

What a wonderful meal and time we had at Perkins on Sunday. They were busy but didn’t miss a beat. We were seated within a minute and we ordered our food and it came out hot and delicious. Our server was awesome. Although they were busy they never stopped smiling and enjoying themselves. I will certainly be back.

I am giving Perkins a bad review because when I came to get carry out with my food they charged me a three dollar carry out fee. I feel like it offended me as a customer because I have never heard of that in my life. I felt like I was robbed for just getting carry out. Therefore, I will never eat there again.

We have been going here for a bit now and everytime the service and food have been top notch. Kathy has been our waitress a few times now and everytime we come in she is always so cheerful and bringing a positive energy to the staff. It is awesome to see compared to alot of other places where the staff seem to just be there for the paycheck and not care about the customers. We were last in on Monday and got Kathy as our waitress she made the whole experience and you could tell her positive energy was at work with her coworkers near her section. Smiles everywhere. Keep it up!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and my girls love when I bring them here to order their special pancakes. My picky eaters have tried even from my plate and every item has been a winner.
My food showed up and was put on the wrong table ...She said I needed new toast as she took the plate in the back a few minutes later she returned with eggs but no toast ...later she returnedWith the toast "Not Toasted " the eggs and Toast were cold ...30 dollars Sad
