When you eat in, it's very good, but when you order takeout, they treat you badly and the food is bad; they don't make it with the same care. I don't recommend ordering takeout.

Kids absolutely loved it, tons of food and it tasted great.

Don't order sushi at the hibachi table. We had a large group and 2 wanting sushi sat off to the side. Sat down at 1130 am left at 1:20 pm with no sushi, no apologies and they didn't seem to care we didn't have food. Paid full price and group tip for a soda no refills. Had to head to Panera to actually get food to eat. Make sure not to come hungry at Shogun.

Always a great meal, and wonderful service staff. Only concern with our meal was the hibachi was served much earlier than the sushi with our party.

Food is good don’t get me wrong. I just won’t do a pick up order anymore as you get less but still spend a hefty price. Placed order and got a text it was ready when I got there I waited 15 more minutes so it took over an hour to order a pick up.

The place is wonderful. Fast service, excellent food, and friendly staff. It was quite affordable with decent portion sizes. We highly recommend, and we definitely will be back again.

I took some 6th grade girls for sushi and hibachi and it was a fantastic time!

Came to order take out. They forgot half my order and had to drive back to get the other half of it. My daughter had hair in her food and they refused to give me a refund or compensate for it wouldn’t even give new food without hair in it. I got yelled at for asking for a refund saying it was too much work and I’m making them lose money. Not to mention I sat and waited well over 30 minutes for my food for takeout.

Came in 7/27/25 on their BOGO sushi nights. I expected it to be a little busy. However everything except service was far below standard especially when it was 90$ for 2 people. Ordered some sushi took an hour to come out two of the fried rolls my SO ordered were cold, soggy. I got shrimp hibachi, shrimp far over cooked. Asked for a remake they took another 20 minutes to make me 6 shrimps. Water was dripping on us from the ceiling the entire time even after bringing it to their attention.

The food here is always really good, but it can often be noisy and busy. Try to come during slow hours if possible to maximize your experience. Lunch specials are underrated here.
