We walked in. We walked out. The place was filthy with rubbish all over the floor. We tried to overlook that but ….the smell ??I can’t say anything about the service or products because we left immediately.The drive through had a line of cars and I am thinking most people take that option and have no idea what it’s like inside.

The manager came out to the drive through window and told us off for using the app before hand and messing up his drive-thru time. I order through the app everytime, never once been scolded by a manager for it. Didn’t follow our customization either. Bizarre.

This location is one of my favorites now! The newer north side location might be more convenient for me but has gone downhill since opening. This location can get very busy, but it is not the workers fault, so people chill out. :)
Thanksgiving morning I come through 7 a.m get 2 holiday drinks gives them to me in white cups no sleeves and when I said what no holiday cups or sieves on Thanksgiving he just ignored me and kept chatting with someone else , my experiences at Starbucks in eau Claire and LA crosse have not been close to good enough lately to warrant the prices they charge maybe a change is in order! ;)
