Their lack of phone etiquette is absolutely ridiculous. No one ever answers, and half the time the count on my eggrolls aren’t correct due to lack of listening or paying attention. Hopefully they get it together.

Love the food and atmosphere, cozy, staff are friendly but the service has gone downhill unfortunately . The kitchen and dining room staff need more help. Today 3 seperate people came in and placed orders to go (after we had placed our dining in order, all 3 people came back and got their food before we even got our appetizer. It would appear take out orders are prioritized over the dining room customers. 1 young waitress was running the entire dining room and there were several full tables, it was busy. Staff don’t check back after you get your drinks or food. Tables were not bused.

The food and staff are amazing. Well worth the wait and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The location is clean but it still looks like the Italian restaurant that was here before… but honestly I don’t care, the food was amazing.

Let's start off by saying the service sucks here. The pho tasted funny, the pork belly was obviously fried in old oil. The fried rice here was decent. Got my payapa order wrong but it was okay. Thought this was Thai but its your typical Hmong restaurant.

Went in with my 3 kids on 11/1 on a Saturday for dinner around 5:45pm. Was a bit busy and during dinner rush. Was told it be a wait on the food and I was fine with it thinking maybe 30 mins to 45 mins. That was not the case. I have been in the food industry myself and have worked in a few Asian restaurants during my time. I will not blame the servers and the 1 kitchen staff that was there. The 2 servers seemed to be young teens and trying to manage the front house as the kitchen staff was dedicated in cooking, preparing, and maybe doing dishes all at the same time. My biggest complaint is that especially on the weekend and after Halloween, to be more staffed and prepared. The servers were trying but were busy that they couldn’t even check on the guest if they needed refills. They apologized and let other customers that came after my family had came in (about 4-5 groups with maybe 3 or more people) that there would be an extended wait time. Which meant literally in a 45 min time span they let possibly 500 dollars walk out that door. I started seeing maybe a few plates brought out and realized 7 other tables were not even served yet so we left. I paid for our drinks and saw the server rang our drinks and take off our meals and it was close to 70 dollars and possible tip so let’s say 90 dollars. Again 100 dollars walk out the door. (Just constructive feedback from a fellow food industry member and help run a few Asian family restaurants: staffing ,consistency, and and better dinning service etiquette)

very large and very clean restaurant! We had some of the best thai food, ordering spicy drunken noodles and pad see ewe. The flavors were excellent. The egg rolls were excellent. we will definitely stop again, don't miss this thai restaurant!!

Service was great but ask for less spicy. Ordered medium spicy but could not handle heat in curry. Ask for mild on the safe side and add their spices they give on side.
Food is awesome, staff….not so awesome, they just dropped off food and never come back to check or wait on you, need more better waitresses

Did take out so can’t say for atmosphere and take out took awhile but they prefaced they were short on staff with a sign. Sooooo worth the wait. Delicious pho, crab Rangoon perfection and some of the best egg rolls I’ve ever had.
