Unfortunately, this Wendy's is a bit of a roll of the dice whenever you visit. Will your food be decent? Will the workers have an attitude? Who knows.

Service: Numerous times that I've visited over the last 6-12 months I have been greeted with a worker who is annoyed about life and acts like I'm an inconvenience. There are some that are very nice, but the theme of this place seems to be a game of chance.
Extra: The QR scanner for the app has been broken for almost a year now. Every time you got to use a QR from the app, they have to call a manager over to manually add whatever you're trying to use.
They recently removed breakfast as a whole from this location, told me to go to Southside if I wanted it. Ridiculous.
Conclusion: Overall, it's worth a shot if no other options sound better. You'll either get really good food, or a worker with an attitude and mediocre food.

Bathrooms were out of soap and nobody took care of that when I brought it up so I had to go to my vehicle to wash my hands with hand sanitizer. Food is not what it used to be, burger wasn't half as good as it was a year ago. Chili was still good but also not what it was a few years ago. Might stop going to this location, maybe it is the problem.

The people made us wait 8 minutes in the drive-thru .The sign to order at was not working. He kept messing up our order when we said it very clearly. We order half and half frosty which they said they could do but then when we got up to the window the guy said that we would have to wait an additional 8 mins for the vanilla ice cream cause they have to make more. I said NO! NOT waiting any longer.... Why couldn't you of told us this when we were in line waiting all for a long time. We ended up leaving without a purchase

Waited 20 minutes in line(only 5 car ahead of me) food was cold, order a ten piece chicken only 8 in the bag, frenchfrys were horrible, and person at window was rude and unprofessional. Done with this place.
Drive through service was very good. Was able to get my complicated order correct. Second trip: stick to the drive up. Inside service was slow at best. Staff was not even busy, just slow.

Got my food and was missing a 10 piece chicken nugget along with a 4 piece of chicken nugget and our baconator fries. Upon trying to eat our food our sandwiches had mayo when we said no mayo. My baked potato was also black and rotten with mold spores on it. Was really grossed out over the whole experience.
