Ordered 2 #2’s(baconator) received 2 double cheeseburgers. Thought no big deal I’ll go in and fix it. Came out with what I thought was correct, 2 more double cheeseburgers. Looks like 0% chance of correct orders. Good luck!

Clean. Food was great. We had breakfast. Noachez (I think that was the name on his jacket) took our order. He was very kind, and full of energy. A great personality to greet first thing in the morning.

4 out of 5 of our sandwiches were completely wrong. We were missing sauces and fries. After complaining and getting new food, all of the burgers were still wrong…. But there was no point anymore. Terrible experience. Will not visit this location again. Everyone is slow and not friendly. It must be everyone’s first day.

I was in Onalaska's Wendy's yesterday. I waited in the drive through for over 50 minutes before I got my food (about 40 minutes until I was at the window). I ordered 3 combos. I'm not holding this against Wendy's this time, though, as the manager answered my question of "why so long" with a completely justified answer. I feel for that manager and hope he gets the staff that he needs. I'll be back as I love this Wendy's and this was a once-off.

Just waited 20 minutes for 2 Dave’s combo meals to go. Watched as several cars were given food as well as people that ordered after us. Time to close the location if you can’t do better

The food was great! The customer service was excellent!! We highly recommend the baconator and chili 😁 They are in the middle of renovating so the atmosphere is.. In transition. But overall, fast food we've eaten in a while at a fast food place. Well done!

Yeah fun joke! 4 paying customers walk into your lobby.... all four walk out after 5 minutes because..... no one greeted them and, when an employee was asked to attend the counter..... I heard an emphatic,"oh man!". Thanks wendys now I don't like you or Mc Donald's. Clap that back!
