Manager or guy claiming to be manager was beyond rude. If I order a 9 piece and you apparently can’t count and gave me a 7 piece you get aggressive with cause you can’t count is ridiculous and refuse to give me your name , you are going to be wotjiut a job at Arby’s

The girl who was in the windows acted like she couldn't be bothered by requests for Arby's sauce or ketchup. After I pulled around and came inside the young man behind the counter was very accommodating.

This place was clean and the staff was friendly. We went in with a pretty big group and still got our food relatively fast without any errors. No complaints here.

Great food over all for a fast food places! that's why its one of my favorites over all. And the French dip or the chicken is the best for me over all. I would recommend this place if you want good food... FAST!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING Steve & Ash ROCK & definitely deserve to be acknowledged. I went through the drive thur Today around 11:20am & it's 4:09pm and I'm still in WOW mood over the service I received, never been treated & greeted like they did ANYWHERE!! They were both extremely on point all around...talk about kindness, respect & going well above & beyond...that's how I describe my experience. I live in Fond du Lac & it's nothing like this Oshkosh location. No fine dining place I've ever been to comes close, so yes I'm STILL in WOW mood. Steve even ran out outside to give me a sample of the red ranch, so not expected.... he was so cheerful too! Just a GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND, I HOPE UPPER MANAGEMENT SEES THIS & APPRECIATES THEIR EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY THESE TWO AMAZING INDIVIDUALS. I would drive to Oshkosh rather than go 5 min from my house, just because of the WOW service!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
