One person on staff today. They did not have what was on the menu and the only employee in the restaurant was on her phone while she was talking to us!

Would give this location a zero Went in at 11 am. They opened at 10 no pretzels were made and I wait 25 mins for some. Girls was on her phone the whole time. Where was the prep work before opening ? Would not recommend this location, very poor service and food was over cooked too

The place says they closed at 8pm so I went there at 6pm. When I entered, I was not greeted, instead the cashier just stared at me. When I was ready to order, cashier said the card machine didn’t work, there was absolutely no drinks to order and little to no food ready in the hot deli. I just got up and left the place without ordering anything. Higher management needs to find better workers that wants to do their job. I can’t believe this place is still running after so many bad experiences with food and workers

I went here with my sister and girlfriend for a little treat because I don’t order there often. My sister wanted the Cinnabon center bowl and the boy at the register said they didn’t have it. She said INSTEAD, she’ll get the pepperoni pretzel bites. She was overcharged for both of those items. A second layer, he brings her the BOWL that he said they were out of. We waited another 20 min for the pepperoni bites. The girl behind the counter was recording and watching videos on her phone while rolling dough. Definitely a health code violation. I ended up asking for a refund for my sister and another girl said she could only do a full refund and not a partial… We ended up having to pay for one of the things which was fine but it was just odd. I don’t think anyone above the age of 18 was working here. Many people waiting and the workers were not really doing much. After reading some other reviews, it seems like they try and overcharge a lot of people. Sorry but I don’t want someone touching their germy phone while also handling my food. Do not go here.

If I could rate 0 I would… went in at 10:15 (the open at 10:00) and they had NO pretzels or food ready. I was fine with waiting the “25 minutes” for it to be done. 30 minutes past and there was still nothing. I left. A few hours later I ordered on door dash. It took over 1.5 hours and the dasher reported workers goofing around rather than helping customers. Finally gave the dasher my order then let her know they were out of cinnamon sugar and handed her regular ones. If they were out of cinnamon sugar, wouldn’t you know that 1.5 hours ago? Disappointed as this was my first time here.

I went there to pick up a door dash order. The male and female worker refused to make the order and threatend to attack me. I had to call the police and nake a report. There was also numerous other customers there who were being complaining of being overcharged and the male and female workers were pocketing the cash.

Rude employees that don’t want to work and seem to hate their job and anyone that walks through the door. Literally as I’m writing this another customer walked out dude to the employee being so rude. I will not take my family here ever again.

The young girl with glasses working was very rude to customers and the boy she was working with. They had nothing made in the showcase oven and everything was a 10-15 min wait because of that. She yelling at the boy she was working with in front of customers. Common sense everyone knows air-venture is going on this week at that point they should’ve had stuff already prepared, the dough already cut, and least more stuff in there showcase oven then what they normally do.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. We went on 3/16 at about 2:30. Went to order and the girl at the front said they were “out of butter” so that was fine and we picked something from the hot rack. There was only 3 things of pretzel bites and 2 full pretzels. So we got pretzel bites. The menu screen was not turned on so we pointed to the pretzel bites we wanted and stated “we will take 2 pretzel bites”. Another girl laughed that was working with the girl taking our order, and she had to be told 3 times to hand us our food. She was standing in front of the rack and when she was asked she stopped and glared at us. They continued to glare at us as we paid for the food. We were going to eat there, but felt so uncomfortable by the girls working and their lack of professionalism that we just left. The pretzel bites were ok but a bite stale and hard. Seemed like the employees there had no regard to food quality or customer service whatsoever. If the place is truly out of ingredients to make pretzels, a sign on the door stating the issue, run to the store and get more ingredients, or close till the situation is sorted. I will add that this location is also shared with a cinnabon and they would also need butter to make the cinnamon rolls. But they were currently working on getting some of those out. Overall terrible experience and I’d hate to see one of my favorite places to close but with the employees there that day, they were pushing away business. There was also a gentleman inside with an online order they made as well so I’m unsure on if they were truly out of ingredients or just wanting us gone.

It's nothing special, but it's the only food place at the outlet mall. Everything is kept in a warmer. That said, the pretzel bites & lemonade drinks are always good. The cinnamon rolls are expensive, but it's Cinnabon, so it's to be expected. They're still good reheated. There are tables inside to eat & it's usually pretty clean.

Ordered a cinnamon roll. It was dry, not fresh and over microwaved it ended up dry and very chewy. The people were pretty nice.
