Went to drive through to order cod and shrimp dinners. All the food was hot and tasty. However, we did not receive either the coleslaw or tarter or shrimp sauces. When we tried calling , twice, no one answered the phone. Not sure we will go back real soon

Food was hot and fresh, the place was empty but we'll upset, some of the outdoor ordering stalls have been removed and just turned into covered parking stalls, staff was nice, but for fast food the prices are too high. Other fast food restaurants have realized this and started dropping me u prices but still they have not.

Service is always so fast, slightly on the more expensive side, however very worth it. The chicken tenders are the best I’ve ever had, they’re so juicy, compared to some very dry tenders I’ve have other places! 10/10

Nothing beats fresh root beer and cheese curds. No comparison to anywhere else.
I am extremely understanding and typically only leave good reviews for places BUT I was left very frustrated and disappointed after stopping here for lunch. I specifically ordered online, about 15 minutes before I would be there so I wouldn’t be late for a meeting. I showed up a bit after my pick up time, probably 20 minutes after ordering online and waited approximately another 10-15 inside after arriving. I am usually a very patient person, but Even busy or at peak time, 35 minutes for chicken tenders and onion rings was a bit much. The employees seemed confused and uninterested. Some of my food was pretty close to lukewarm, which was a disappointment after spending $30. Definitely use caution stopping here for food during busy times, unless you have at least 30 to 40 minutes to spare.

Unfortunately, that's where the pluses end. We were there at around 830pm last night. There were a bunch of kids working, with apparently no manager on duty. There were kids with no uniforms on walking in and out of the kitchen, refilling drink cups. I have no idea if they actually work there, or were just visiting their friends, who do. Either way, I don't know why this would be allowed.
The workers were hanging out with their friends at a couple of the tables, while one or two people did all the work. I don't know any of their names, but clearly this is not a functioning team.
The food was just not good. It was hot, but none of us finished any of what we ordered, because the quality was so low. If you're paying $15 for a five piece chicken tender meal, it should be top quality. This was top quality price, for a low quality meal.
As one person in our party said, "this place was a total bust."
This place desperately needs to hire a manager to straighten the place out.

My granddaughter likes going to A&W. I prefer the chicken tenders here over any other fast food. They are very lightly breaded. The service people are usually very nice. Everyone has a bad day, but overall we enjoy going to A&
