Neither Dunkin OR Baksin Robbin’s will ever get my business again, in any state! We ordered $55 dollars worth of Ice Cream and a Polar Pizza for my child’s celebration, which was ruined because we didn’t receive the polar pizza, we didn’t have enough desert to serve. I spoke to the Regional Supervisor Matthew Besant immediately after receiving only half of my order and a receipt that he confirmed over the phone he marked which reads “Out of Polar Pizza” and “Out of Nuts” which I still have. He proceeds to give me a fake number and tells me to contact him if I cannot reach a resolve it through the apps l I’ve been texting a random number who he led me to believe was his own to no avail. I was not able to recieve a credit from Uber Eats for my missing goods, the system couldn’t understand his handwriting and I have proof of that as well. That wasn’t professional at all and it’s baffling to me that this is the Regional Supervisor, how? He isn’t even capable of solving minor issues with customers, instead he leaves them feeling more dissatisfied than the original cause.

I come to this Dunkin’ almost daily. The coffee is the best! The staff here are the friendliest, especially Jenna. She serves the coffee with a smile and just starts every day out right for me!!! My only complaint is I wish that the almond croissants were served year round. 😉

Asked for strawberry ice cream but not sure what it was , was pink but tasted like mint. It also had the consistency of being melted and refrozen, it was goowy. The waffle cone was very stale. Will not be returning.

Stood outside and stared at them as they closed the shop earlier on a Saturday night on the holiday weekend. 20 minutes until 10PM.
Have no real complaints about the staff just that they closed a half hour early. 😂☹️
