Went in to get an ice cream cone. Ordered a 1 scoop cone, I was given what I would consider a kids cone. I was not looking for a huge cone, but for 4bucks, I would have thought I would have gotten a bit more than a loose scoop. Will not go back.

My kids love Baskin Robin's but I am highly disappointed. My 4 year old got a single scoop ice cream cone and the lady at the count just put a little scoop ontop the cone so obviously the ice cream just fell off right away and there was none inside the cone. My other daughter wanted a sundae with with chocolate sauce and sprinkles and that got half made without any sprinkles. Then the lady..just walked away and went to talk to another worker somewhere else. I still had a 2 year old without an ice cream and we waited a good 4 minutes before a different young man came and asked if we needed help. Very highly disappointed.

We stopped yesterday for an ice cream cone. No one at the counter and there were 6 other patrons sitting in booths. We waited over 5 min and no service. I asked the other patrons if anyone was working and they indicated there had been. Lost my business, because we left. Will never stop again.

Poorly managed. Not enough help on father's day? Couldn't purchase all that I wanted. They actually limited me to 1 dozen instead of being able to get 2. Feel sorry for the people behind me. They probably didn't get anything. People at work gonna be sad. SMH

Service was not the best, the man was very unpleasant. Waffle cones were sold out, the ice cream was overall ok. There waffle cone bowls, don’t taste like waffle cones. Every time we stop they are always out of what we want, ice cream, cones and donuts. I will not be returning for a while.

The ice cream is terrible. Paid over $8 for a small pint and it's so gross. 5 people tried it and all thought it tasted like ash. Even kids that aren't picky wouldn't eat it and said grocery store ice cream is better.Weird texture, stale add ins.First and last time I come here. The 31 flavors is bull too. There was only 6 available.
I have ordered from Baskin twice now, and have had mistakes occur both times. The first time I ordered ice cream and a mangonada, never got the mangonada. The second time my husband and I ordered, we ordered a mangonada and a single scoop of wild n reckless. We received a completely different flavor of ice cream which was the first bummer. And then the mangonada…..definitely not a mangonada…it was a milkshake with Chamoy..extremely disappointed.

Average rating right now is 3.5. It's pretty accurate. More like 3. Service was okay. But no hot fudge and not offered to warm any up. Flavors on site didn't match what was in store. Flavor I was hyped for wasn't there (icing on the cake, I think).I remember Baskin back in the day 10-20 years ago being better. Probably perception and options available now VS back then though.Overall I guess it's not bad. Just nothing that stands out as great.

I love this Dunkin - the location, management, product (obviously), & general customer service has been outstanding since opening. I have a dairy allergy & they’ve never screwed up my order. MOST places do. Thank you, Dunkin!
