Employees do not receive the tips. Only reason I left a 3/5 star was because the owner of the restaurant's keeps all of the employees tips. Service and food were fantastic, will still continue to go for food quality, but I will not be leaving card tips for the owner to pocket over their employees.

The lemon poppy seed mini muffin did not have any lemon flavor. The bagels are great, I liked the cinnamon sugar one. The coffee is just basic, the same as you can make at home, also over priced for the coffee.

The food is fairly good, but for the price I would expect a little more. The combo isn’t worth it in my opinion (was also a different price than on the board), but the bagels are very good on their own!

I go here a lot and the last 3 times have been horrible my order is never ever correct they add topping I don’t ask for and a turkey and havarti had cream cheese not mayo on it I don’t know why they just can’t seem to get it right anymore. Careless. Won’t be coming here

Their bagels are absolutely delicious. The staff was super helpful and even provided curbside service for me cuz I was sick.
I used to go here all the time and the food was great. My last few visits have been awful. They continually have forgotten the sausage on my bagel and there was hair in my muffin. I know for a fact it was not mine because I am a blonde and the hair was black. Very disappointed. I understand mistakes happen but this is not acceptable and a heath code violation.
