Ok Bobs will never be in the Zagats Fine Dining Guide, but what the hell; this place has the very best novelty hot dog sandwich anywhere! Everyone who knows this Oshkosh delicacy orders it with the typical and standard condiments - chili, mustard and onions. Julie has been working there forever and rocks! She is a no frills super caring person! If you go through Oshkosh and don’t stop at Bobs - you missed more than you realize.

I stopped in here late tonight after visiting Oshkosh for business and it was awesome! The hot dogs were delicious and affordable and the service was great, very friendly bartender. I'm honestly not the "dive bar" type nor am I a local but this place wasn't intimidating at all, just warm welcoming service at great prices. I'll be back!

The food was delicious, never had anything like it. The owners are polite and absolutely wonderful. They have never been disrespectful or un-polite towards me or anybody else as far as I've seen. The atmosphere was welcoming and comforting. And the people their minded their own.

Awesome chili dogs, great old bar atmosphere! Had not been there since 1972, when I move away to SoCal. Went there twice this summer while in the area (2023). Still Awesome after all these years! Owners and help were great too! I believe this place opened in the late 1800's. Definitely a cool place!
