Ok. Normally LOVE LOVE LOVE this place BUT what has happened to it? Dirty spills NOT cleaned up. Staff walked around it over and over again. I was sitting nearby, totally making sure someone didnt slip on the spilled sauces. The picture of one of our wings- still had a bunch of actual feathers on it. And I got a grunt when I asked for a replacement. And then our server Julie. Really got the feeling she did not want to be there. Even had to ask other servers for refills. Disappointed

Bdubs is a great place to eat, but the service at this establishment is horrendous. We waited just a tad to be seated by a very kind lady, who I thought was our server. Then we were met with a very rude woman. She gave us aditudes the whole time, and didn't bring us that drinks we asked for. Needless to say, if I am ever served by her I will be asking for a new server.

Every single time we’ve been getting take out here, the workers always just pass by without acknowledging or helping us - leaving us waiting for 5-20 minutes just to get our take out order… when we open up the food, the fries are stale and super super hard for some reason… the wings are also old and tough… and just poorly seasoned… and our sodas were flat… The service for dine-in is most likely better as we have had better experiences with dine-ins… (not sure how it is now) but take out is just horrible…

Food is always good and the servers are always great about recommendations. They will bring out sauces to try if requested for the wings. Only down side is that it can be quite noisy in there with music or TVs.

0 Stars for me and my friends went to try and watch the game the kid that came to the hostess stand looked high asked for a table for 3. Looked confused then he slowly said it would be 10 to 15 minutes to clean one table for us. The place was not busy everyone was eating or being taken care of then when all the servers weren't doing anything and continued to stare at us . It was so dumb we ended up walking out as the guy was finally wiping the table after taking forever .
What has happened to the place my hubby and I used to love. The wings were way over cooked , they were dry and hard. The poor waitress bartender was doing the best she could. The beer was flat. I have a lot of patience , but the quality of the food was not even close to what it used to be, we also asked for oranges with our beer and celery and carrots wit our food, didn't get any of it. Once again the waitress was so nice she was doing the best she could.

I am a truck driver ordered delivery from this location good service but if you get buffalo dry rub you need to ask for extra rub. There is so little rub they taste like plain wings.

Good service, great waitress. I was hoping for a mixed bag of bone-in wings and drummies. Ended up with mostly drummies. One Wing and One boneless wing. Early not the worst it all tasted good that's why we got four stars. Overall I was very satisfied

I attempted to place an order online however I kept getting a message saying it wouldn’t go through I explained this to the manager when I called to place my order.. my lunch is an hour. I asked for my wings to be crisp not rock hard and did not ask for my fries to be rock hard and asked for pepper jack cheese to be melted. I don’t know what they gave me but it was 26.49 they will never get from me again
