Food is good, but the drive through wait time is atrocious. I’ve sat in line multiple times with NO ONE in front of me. When I pull up to the order screen, they immediately have me wait. This turns into 3-5 minutes. I don’t know what they are doing because I’m the only customer, or, like today, there was one person in front of me who ordered 2 whoppers and two sMall fries (not a large order), and they had to wait 5 minutes before they could order. Another time, there were four or five cars in line and it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through even with pre-ordering. Are they just messing around with customers?

Home of the whopper recommend to anybody who loves juices burgers
They make it almost impossible to go here now no point going here because people without cars are not a priority anymore they cannot eat inside they have to order online even for people that have issues with that type of stuff

It's good when I go there the fries are hot but one issue when I order and go there they forgot my sauces I ordered 3 barbecues and was suppose to get marinara with my mozzarella sticks this is ridiculous and my drink isn't even full completely come on people it's not hard

95% of the time, it's drive thru only and if u order through the app and have no car you have to spend 15min calling to get your food outside
This place is pathetic. They can't even hire enough people to keep the dining room open. 1st order, stood at the drive-thru window for like five minutes, nobody comes to the window and can't get in the door so had to call them on the phone to come to the window. 2nd order, same thing except they wouldn't even answer the phone, then came to the window and were rude telling me they were closed despite my order being placed and PAID for while they still had 15 minutes. Leaving bad reviews here on Yelp, Google reviews, and the pissed consumer website. Now have nothing to eat tonight. Thier service sucks.
