If you like idling in the drive thru line for at least ten minutes even when there's no cars in front of you (and with a perpetually closed dining room to boot), this location is for you! For everyone else, don't bother coming here if you want your food in a timely manner. Just go to the one on Washburn.
Get your ish together or shut it down. The stereoptypical Popeye's in the hood has better service, sadly.

I'm giving Burger King on Main Street a poor review because none of their employees know how to operate the cash register or how to make a proper menu order correctly they gave me the wrong stuff so I had to get my money back and leave because it was the wrong stuff

drive through employee working at 3:30 on 01-08-25 is beyond disrespectful, forgot my food then swore at me and refused to run it out. had to get police involved.

Food is good, but the drive through wait time is atrocious. I’ve sat in line multiple times with NO ONE in front of me. When I pull up to the order screen, they immediately have me wait. This turns into 3-5 minutes. I don’t know what they are doing because I’m the only customer, or, like today, there was one person in front of me who ordered 2 whoppers and two sMall fries (not a large order), and they had to wait 5 minutes before they could order. Another time, there were four or five cars in line and it took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-through even with pre-ordering. Are they just messing around with customers?
