Place was not very clean for the tables and when u walk in all u could smell was like they used there mop to mop with but did not rinse it out smelled like mildew are something yucky not good when u walk in a family chosee not to eat when they smelled it she asked wht it was also and they said they didn't know wht it was so it was not good at all we left right after we got are food also sense the tables and that were dirty and the smell we took the food to go at that time

Asked for spicy chicken meal - no tomato & onion rings.
Left drive through and got soggy fries. Went back through drive-thru to get my O-rings. They were so under cooked the soggy breading was falling off the onion as I tried to eat them. After throwing them out opened my spicy chicken wrapper to get a lap full of hot sauce, a tomato(asked for no tomato) and a bun so hard and stale that when I finally pushed hard enough it broke in half.
Normally I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but there were only 2 cars in the parking lot and no one else on drive-thru. 100% unacceptable even if the restaurant was busy.
In fairness they did get my kids 8piece nugget and med Dr Pepper correct.

King Bacon Burger 14$ for a small meal. I open my sandwich wrapper and it's just oozing mayonnaise, 2 or 3 pumps too many. It took me 5 napkins to even get this burger remotely edible and I still didn't finish it. Absolute waste of my money. As a person who has worked in Fast Food, multiple Restaurants, and just the food service industry in general, you should feel ashamed to be serving people this crap. If you wouldn't eat it like that then why would you serve it to anyone like that? The lady working the drive through was extremely nice and polite, but your cooks need a reality check. I dont care if you're making 7.25 an hour that ain't my fault and you sure need to learn how to make a better fast food burger.

Stopped here for dinner after a Timber Rattlers game last week. The gentlemen that took our order was VERY patient, polite, and nice. When we received our food, everything was fresh and in the bag (yes, I’ve had problems with BK’s forgetting my items). Nicely done!

I went to a Oshkosh BK on frontage road I ordered 2 make your 5 dollar meals I wanted 1 with the 2 whopper Jr's and 1 with 2 of the chicken Jr when I paid they handed me one bag I asked cashier is this all of my orders 2 times he said yes it's EAA and I didn't run back there to much traffic please make sure you have the hole order or I will not be coming back

This was terrible,that got everything on the order all wrong, the change we got back was odd, they charged us extra and made us my friend got sick bc of a mustard allergy.lastly, we ordered a soft serve ice cream cone with our meal and they gave us a cup.I DONT
