Everytime I go to this location I'm told to pull around to the front of the store and wait. Had to do that again today for 4 food items and 2 iced coffees. Mind you none of the items ordered had any weird requests or anything. The girl who was at the window was rude and acted like she was inconvenienced by the mere sight of us let alone her excellent customer service skills...not. She stood there as though she were not happy to be there and then she brought our food out after we've been waiting for 10 mins. It was not hot and they put the whopper on the top of the crossiants which flattened them into a pancake. Not to mention a guy walked into the store while we were waiting for our food and he came out w his food in about 5 mins placing his order AFTER us. Makes no sense. Terrible customer service and the only good thing about it is the iced coffee.

Went in for free Whopper if you purchased a Whopper but said it was for Jr Whopper so I had that plus an order of onion rings and fries water and a small soda. Whopper came on line on my phone. Fake advertising I guess. Bill was a few pennies from 20.00 dollars. Well I guess we will have to order some place else. Maybe I read the Burger King email wrong.

Never in my life have employees at a fast food restaurant made me feel like a nuisance for being inconvenienced by them. The jolly general manager isn't afraid to treat the customers with the utmost disrespect either. Go to the BK on Main st. Always great food and service. The food here is horrible 75-80% of the time as well.

Stood up front n nobody was there to place a order. Finally a customer sitting at the table yelled that there was a customer. The lady by the drive thru was on the phone but then took my order n she was pleasant but I work in customer service n I would think you look to see if you have a customer. Don't have time to run n get lunch n nobody around n have to yell for someone.
Wow this Bacon King has soo much bacon, it's overwhelming. Not. No where close to what is advertised.

I had a great day today until I went to this place. One of the staff worker was straight lazy and the overweight manager was worst. Attitude was awful and had excuses for everything. How did this manager even get hired? Like gosh, have BK really lower their standards now? Geez, get it together BK. No wonder why people go to McDonald's. Do better! Worst experience ever at BK!
