I had this extremely nice gentleman make my latte exactly to my liking with one pump hazelnut, extra shot of espresso, he even made a design on the top and brought it over to me!! A piece of art and great service!!!!!SEPARATE TOPIC: please please bring back the hot cocoa cookies!!!! They are my favorite and haven’t seen them for weeks!!!

Caramel Crisp is my go-to breakfast destination several times weekly. The food and coffee are very good. The service is spotty. Today I ordered coffee in a mug and a breakfast sandwich on a plate. I received coffee in a to go cup and my sandwich in a take out container This sort of service, during a slow time, is unfortunately not that unusual.

Well I have eaten here before, mostly breakfast, good coffee, great food, great people, the cookies and popcorn are legit great, so ate the homemade pies,
Nice homemade deli salads to choose from.and you get a side with your entree.Atmosphere was welcoming! And in the dining area, there were french doors weaving here and there to give you privacy, making this a very nice place to visit.Homemade popcorn varieties were,hard to choose from!

Purchased 5 bags of popcorn. All stale. Messaged owner- no response.Gift shop open limited hours.Very congested/small cafe area.Disappointed in food, atmosphere, lack of communication from staff. Will not be back.Forgot to get photo of popcorn before tossing- so included what I could.It was 100% stale- I eat popcorn daily and have had your popcorn before. Please don’t discount my review and opinion- it’s rude.
