Received the wrong order at the drive through, went inside to get it corrected. Got home only to find out my order is screwed up. Kind of a waste of time and money.

Why are you not open on sundays and popeyes is better, In the south chick , fil a is Just another grease bucket restaurant.I don't know why it's so highly regarded up here.

I have stopped at this place twice now, and I can truly say it is one of the worst CFAs I have ever stepped foot in, I am in the area for work so I had lunch their twice this week.
The first time, a young man took my order, I asked for a frosted coffee, but I could’ve honestly sworn that he had absolutely no idea what a frosted coffee is. After watching him look around for a few minutes, he made an ice coffee. Which I then politely told him that it was supposed to be a frosted coffee, he went and grabbed the same clear cup(which you don’t make frosted coffees in) and began to make another iced coffee, then finally asked his coworkers that were watching him struggle. After that the food was great, tables dirty, which is odd because it was around 2:00PM and I was one of three people eating at the establishment.
Now the second time is what made me realize that this place has issues, whether it’s training, or hiring attentive employees, or just the management…. they have some serious problems. Ordered a meal, to dine in. After ordering, I watched the employee, which was different from the first visit mentioned above I might add, say to a coworker that this was supposed to be to go. Not a big deal, however he didn’t comprehend that I ordered a meal until I asked where is my drink. So he copped a bit of an attitude and said you didn’t order a meal. I went around and paid for the drink and waffle fries separately, once again put into a to go bag, even though I said I was dining in but I’m sure it’s my fault he didn’t hear that either. So I made my way over to the once again incredibly filthy tables, this time I was the only person eating in the establishment.
Not once did I hear the classic Chic Fil A “my pleasure” or any sort of friendly customer service verbiage. Which from what I understand and have experienced, is a guideline at the fast food staple. Sadly, I’m sure this place does well even if this is the sort of atmosphere that is displayed everyday. Considering it’s the only CFA in that area and next to big box stores like Dick’s I can only hope that they fix the very obvious top down issue. If management doesn’t notice it, then management needs to be revamped. People have off days, but this place is NOT like other chic fil a’s and should be held to the same standard.
All in all, Food was great, atmosphere sucked, employees need to be trained better which tells me that the management is not paying attention. Do better, premium prices for chicken nuggets should result in a premium experience.

Thus place has great chicken sandwiches and nuggets, not to mention the awesome peppermint shakes( limited time only).
Luke warm sandwich and ice cold fries...not at all enjoyable... probably would have been good if it was hot

12/2025- good visit. Clean, nice service, easy to read menu. The nuggets were better than the sandwich. You didn’t have to spend extra on sauces. Still lots of chemicals I. The sauces. I prefer Popeyes for stops or nuggets but it was a nice place and the decor was inviting.
