We absolutely love Chilis and usually eat at the Appleton location. We ordered the triple dipper with our favorites southwest egg rolls chicken crispers and fried mozzarella... Everything tasted slightly off..the egg rolls are always my favorite I took one bite and was done..yucky.Walls were very dirty definitely done with Chili's.

My husband and I were out for the afternoon and decided to stop at Chili’s. We were greeted by friendly staff. We sat at the bar and had a great experience with the bartender who was attentive and made recommendations on what to try. The manager, Cameron, stopped by to check in on us. She was very friendly and made sure we had a good visit!! We will be back again to visit.

Well normally its good but this time around I ordered the 3 for me meals for me and my gf, when I got my soup it was stone cold, my chicken was under cooked on my chicken sandwich and my gfs burger was way over cooked, hard as a rock.

this was my first time at Chili's and it's fantastic!! The service was terrific. The food is terrific. Also, my son is in a wheelchair so the building is very very accessible as far as the restrooms go--Your entrance stores are not accessible. But I was lucky enough to have a member of your staff notice That we were coming to the door and that we needed help. Thank you again

Went to Chillis about a week ago, completely forgot this happened until my son mentioned it, but right when we walked in, the host was playing some video game on the computer at the front. I am absolutely disgusted by their management, I see a lot of other reviews mentioning their unprofessional staff (especially their hosts) yet nothing seems to change, in that department. The food was overall okay, nothing super special but edible. Our server was nice, and our drinks came out quickly. Still just shocked at the complete lack of good management and staff.

Had a problem with a fooddelivery service due to a snowstorm, and the staff were extremely helpful in fixing it! Finally caught a Lyft to come pick up my food, and they had it remade for me within 20 minutes. The staff were extremely personable, and attentive in helping me to fix my problem. Chad is an amazing server/bartender, and Owen is a great manager! 10 out of 10 experience, will gladly return!
