Honestly I can put up with rudeness because Chipotle is usually bomb food, but brown guac that ruins the chips and guac and an entire burrito? Not ok. Especially for these prices. I did a pickup through their pickup window, so I couldn’t really check the food until I got home and I was really disappointed. The previous time I was told I couldn’t order a quesadilla when literally no one was there, I had to order ahead of time online…no chipotle has ever said that to me so I was taken aback, and the worker was rude about it. Stick with the Appleton location!! I’ve never had a problem there.

Poor customer service. Did not get any greetings at the front nor was the worker polite. Asked for brisket and was given dried brisket on top of steak because they were out of brisket. Worker was rude and impolite.

So visit the Oshkosh Chipotles a couple of times a month. It's hit or miss on the proteins being or they are making more. Inside is very clean but once in awhile the works aren't as friendly. Last night 10/9 went in to use a gift card and they kept telling me it did have anything on it. Called on it and there is still $31 on it. The manager came over and said they weren't able to take gift cards for some reason. Want to say ok we don't want the food then but I was hungry lol.

Saw a commercial for their brisket bowl and it looked delicious. I had never gone before so tried it out. The bowl was small, food looked so-so and barely warm, but nothing like the commercial did. Then she rang it up and I was shocked at the price! The soda alone was $3 then $13 for the small gross bowl. So disappointed! I could have went to a Mexican restaurant and had a decent meal with a margarita for that price. Workers not friendly or appreciative either. 1 and Done! ?

The service here was alright. Same with the food, nothing special. The only negative things I have to say is that the chicken was so overcooked that it was a similar texture to beef jerky and tasted like eating straight charcoal, and that the floor and tables were extremely messy, like they only get cleaned once a day. All in all though, I probably would still stop here again.

The employees were very nice and helpful. Portion sizes were decent, but when i went to eat my bowl when I got home, the rice and chicken were ice cold, not even lukewarm. Very disappointing, should’ve asked for a refund.

Not sure why this place is getting such a bad rep. Went for the first time today, usually eat at Appleton location as that is the area I work in. I experienced no difference besides the place being a little less busy than Im used to(it is labor day weekend) I just don’t get it. Maybe i got lucky but really not a bad experience to say the least.
