Always out of Cinnabons. Been there three times and always the same. Asked when they would have them ready and the staff said “I have no idea”. Staff are rude and just don’t care. Real shame, good product but terrible service.

Aye yall, if yall ever want cinnabon do not order them jits from here they be stale like sitting out type of stale save your money my big back self gave in and got post order depression. For the first time in my life my big ole self actually wanted to throw these away.

Stopped at this location not once but twice to be turned down both times from being able to buy a 6 pack of the classic roles. The first time it was the end of the day and the employee stated she could not give us fresh ones that she had just made in a 6 pack (store policy), so I said I'd come back tomorrow and left without anything. I made my second trip to Oshkosh (35 minute drive one-way from where I was staying) for her to tell me there still were no 6 packs available to purchase as they are strictly made from leftovers to avoid waste. She then proceeded to tell me if I wanted one, I could place an online order but it would be over an hour for the order to be completed. Why couldn't this have been told to me the night before so I could plan ahead? I did not have an hour+ to spare to wait for Cinnabon. Long story short, my pregnancy cravings were not fulfilled, and I will not be returning to this location. Would not recommend this location at all.

The blonde girl should not have a job in customer service. And looking at other reviews, others feel the same. Told a guy that she didn't have the ingredients to make his order, as she was make the exact thing he ordered. Then on top of it told him they do not do refunds there. Like what? All she had to say was it will be a little bit of a wait, not blow up and act like a B. My husband and I walked out. Will not be going back.

The employees use disposable gloves when they are making the cinnamon rolls and pretzels, handle money and they don’t change their gloves and just cross contaminate everything they touch. I saw the cashier with all the piercings and purple hair handle money and then with the same gloves grab the customer’s pretzel. When I went there were 4 employees and it took 42 minutes to get 4 cinnamon rolls.

Had to wait a long wait for pretzel bites, which were not made the way I ordered them. Was told by a worker she can't help as she doesn't know the register. The prices don't reflect the boards, and the worker refuses to follow the prices on the boards/wall!!! VERY BAD customer service!!!!

Great place to go there if you want a delighting snack or break fest or a lunch! My most favorite food there is the Min i hot dog rolls, their tiny and taste good! And pretty cheap prices if i say my self.

Went to get cinnamon rolls and was told they were out! Why bother opening than , especially when the girl said they were really busy Yesterday! What did that have to do with Today?? I guess they don't make them everyday? Very disappointed!!
