we are currently homeless and living in a hotel nearby. We were graciously gifted some gift cards so we could eat and decided to come here. If I could give zero stars I would. We placed our order before 6 o’clock and also around 6 o’clock and it was promised to be done at 6:01 PM and also 6:18 PM. There were only two people working at the time and props to the guy in the beard wearing the beard net. We didn’t get out until 6:30 PM. They were still making our food and it was slow as ever with nobody there. We ordered fries, cheese, curds, and four different subs off the $10 meal deal. The fries are flimsy as ever and completely undercooked. The cheese curds tasted like someone dumped an entire bottle of salt in to the mix because they are saltier than all get out. The sub was halfway decent, but the bread was very dried out and very crumbly as if it was sitting out all day. The ingredients inside was fresh. The bathroom definitely needs attention because there was dried on pee in the back of the toilet and all over the place. Their scrub brush looks like it definitely needs replacing because it was not presentable either. It’s literally only two dollars to buy another one at Walmart. They were not busy at all and there was nobody in the drive-through. Paid $60 for all the stuff and was completely disappointed all around. Will never be back. like I said, I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Your app sucks. Trying to order a pretty big sub box for my employees but after many attempts I have given up. It will not let me order past 3 choices for a $79.00 box. I ordered elsewhere. Fix you app please.

Been here several times subs don't have much on them changed big Time week ago Monday order Italian sub with bacon and black olives I was starving after long visit in ER WITH FRIEND,I LIVE 40 MIN AWAY GET HOME & PASS OUT 3 SUBS OPEN MINE THERE LAYS 4 PIECES BACON & BLACK OLIVES!! CHARGED ME FOR ITALIAN SUB BUT HOW COULD U SERVE ME THIS NASTY SANDWICH!! I WAS BEYOND UPSET I REPEATED THE ORDER TO YOU 3 TIMES!!! USUALLY GO INSIDE TO ORDER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WASTE MONEY EVEN MY DOG LAUGHED AS HE GOT 4 PIECES BACON ON ITALIAN BREAD HE SPIT OUT THE BLACK OLIVES..ON DISABILITY GET TO GO OUT TO EAT ONCE MONTH LIVING SO FAR AWAY LITTLE HARD TO CHECK FOOD BEFORE LEAVING OSHKOSH.. horrible prank

Received my order with only half the amount of fries that come in the container and they were cold. You're charging almost $15 for a meal you'd think the food would at least be warm and you'd get what you paid for....

Went with my dad, who’s a veteran, at 7:40. They’re open until 8 according to all sources i could find, but the door was locked, signs off, and people goofing off inside. I wanted a sub, and was going to try there since we were close, and we’d only have to pay for one (his should’ve been free). Overall, terrible service, and wouldn’t let us in the building.
