We were traveling and stopped for dinner. You always know that Culver’s has good food. I always get the fish, mashed potatoes and coleslaw. It is so good and it was so hot. I would have loved the frozen custard but I was not eating sweets that day. I think the price for my meal was good too. I liked the counter person. He was very nice. I like that Culver’s hires disabled people. Culver’s restaurants are always clean with lots of staff.

In the past I've contacted the owners of this Culver's with some frank remarks about the quality of the service and the food they served. These days, my experience as a customer is of improvement. There are still periods of disorganization- like the time I was handed a cheeseburger with all the fixins and no burger in it - but on the whole you can get a decent meal at a decent price in a nice setting.

It can get loud when it's real busy. The burgers are not as good as they used to be. I stick to the fish which is best eaten there as it can get soggy quite fast. The flavor and quality of fish is always good. The ruben is always a solid choice too. Mixers are hit or miss. Sometimes there is barely any toppings depending on who makes them. I get mixers far less than I used to. Even ordering a double snickers you can sometimes barely find any snickers at all.

There is definite room for improvement. Though I've seen many rude customers here, and they are always busy. I don't know how long I'd honestly last with all the rude people I've seen come here. I have worked in the service industry myself and stick up for them every chance I get. I go out of my way to be kind to the workers, unless they are rude to me first. Which thankfully has never happened at Culver's.

This culvers has messed up our orders more times then they get it right. I've traveled around the state and ate at several other locations and this by far is the worst. Several times the flavor of the day has been totally wrong and doesn't include some of the toppings showed in the picture. Other visits I've ordered and drove 25 minutes home and gave my family the food to open the box and realize my sandwich doesn't even have a bun on top. Today was my last visit, got charged for my tomato's and lettuce that never were added to the burgers I got.

An employee held the door open for the elderly couple who arrived before us. He was pleasant to chat with. Our order is correct, and the food tastes good. The restaurant is clean too. As we left, an employee thanked us for coming.
