We have been sitting in the drive through waiting for our food for 20 minutes. This is insanity! Then after finally getting our food we drove away and realized we were missing one of our burgers so we had to drive back and get a refund because the burger reading made and we didn’t have time to wait since we had already waited 20 minutes. Never coming here again

Service was nice even though they were busy, but both my sandwiches were drowning in mustard and one wasnt even supposed to have mustard. Very disappointing compared to either of the Fond du Lac locations.

No thanks! Cold fries! Burger no where near as good as they used to be. I can recall when a butterburger was actually juicy and tasty! Idk if they changed their beef! No shakes this time either! Ice cream machine always broken! Overpriced and greasy smelling by the seating area. Not going back there!

This is the worst Culver's in the chain. The store is filthy inside. The manager on duty was not only rude to me but she berated and yelled at her minor employees. It took a long time to get a refund. At the drive thru I ordered a butter burger with everything on it and got one with nothing on it. The cheese curds were thrown in the bag upside down. I contacted Culver's online an hour after this and the owner of this location didn't get back to me for 3 weeks. He looked into my complaint, made excuses, was rude & dismissive and even looked up security video of me in my car including my license plate and specific details of my car (super creepy from a guy who can't manage a clean and friendly burger franchise) then wanted my home address. I left and went to Ardy & Ed's and got a great meal, a real burger and friendly service. I vote with my wallet and won't go to Culver's anymore since the HQ doesn't care.

Culvers is always the best fast food destination sure to please all with a wide selection of favorites, including some less-common fast food selections like a fish fry or fried chicken dinner. Being higher quality fast food, you will definitely pay a little more than you might at McD's, but you definitely get what you pay for. It's always my preferred destination when it comes to fast food - if you've never been, you are missing out! Might not always be ideal for large groups due to the cost, unless someone else is paying of course. Average price is $10 per person, but prices can jump higher with specialty entrees. Still, definitely worth checking out.
