Really disappointed in the customer service at this location each time I visit. They would rather chit chat with each other than ring up their customers in the drive thru or even answer the drive thru for that matter. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the employees when I'm just here ordering a very non complicated order. Makes me very sad to see that general niceness and customer service has gone out the window.

Went to Culver's on Koeler rd in Oshkosh after Grandson Concert. The staff are always so friendly and nice. They are prompt on bringing our food out right away. The food was hot and good, I had the Patty Melt...yum. I love the Root beer. Had a good Meal. Will definitely be
I very clearly said NO MUSTARD. Everything with No mustard. Asked for ketchup on the side. Proceeds to put nothing BUT KETCHUP AND MUSTARD on the burger…not only that but there so much mustard and ketchup on this thing the whole bottom is just mushy and nasty. Get your ears checked or pay attention. Feels deliberate if you ask me being I came very close to closing time.

While I am not typically inclined towards fast food, on the occasions that my family and I do indulge, we have a preferred establishment. Although the prices may be slightly higher, the quality and taste surpass that of other options. The bacon butter burger is a crowd-pleaser among us; however, the menu is diverse enough to satisfy even the most selective of eaters. Also, for a small fee, they will add a dash of strawberry topping into my lemonade. ?
The burgers were way over cooked. Cheese curds had no flavor. I enjoy a good Culver's burger, but unfortunately, not
