Order was supposed to be ready by 8:25 pm. It was a Sunday, not busy, on November 3rd. Dairy Queen on Taft Ave in Oshkosh. Order came out 9 minutes after I arrived. I put my mobile order in at 8:05. That's 29 minutes they had to prepare it!! Two cars in front of me at the drive thru. They only prepare the order once you arrive and tell them what they want. Snickers small blizzard and a Reeses small blizzard. They couldn't do it ahead of time. Even though its only teenagers, someone must be telling them to handle it this way.

Went to this establishment not 15 minutes ago, ordered 2 large blizzards in which they weren’t tipped upside down. Every time I go to this location there’s a minimum wait time of at least 20 minutes. Will not be going back here.

I eat here more than any other place, they have the best deal anywhere for their food.
So We R Regulars here & we Order the Same thing Every time , Which is their 7$ meal deal . We Got Half as many fries & a quarter of them where So crunchy that an Elderly person like myself would have Trouble eating them .

Went inside for an ice cream on a Saturday. Our blizzards were delivered to us half melted. I walked up to ask for a replacement and was ignored for 5 min. Bathrooms were disgusting and the tables had dead bugs on them. Absolutely disgusting.
