This place was terrible. I went on a weekend vacation to Oshkosh and was so embarrassed by my decision of eating here with my relatives from Wisconsin. With about 40 restaurants in town, it made me disgusted with over a hundred dollar bill. The cheese curds were basically greasy breading and clumped together. My hamburger and coleslaw were so-so. My Dads grilled cheese looked really cheap with hardly any cheese in it. The flatbread was underdone and they never put green peppers on one and never told us they were out. I was told it was bland, a pepper and sausage pizza! It looked like a Tombstone version of flatbread. My nephews wife barely could eat her poke bowl since it was an enormously big bowl of rice with a few squirts of sauce and a few toppings. They were out of cucumbers too. I do recommend out of everything the beer cheese and chips. Deep fried chips with delicious cheese. They had 3 servers on a Saturday night that kept getting tables and forgot my straw numerous times until I had to fetch one myself at the bar. The places quality and service is poor.
Kid-friendliness: The kids loved the gumball toy machines to get rubber duckies.

Went there on a weekend shortly after they opened. There were about three tables that were sat before us. I would suggest not coming with more than 4 people since they don't like chairs or tables to be moved around. It was nice sitting watching the boats go by but it took an hour for our food to come and by the time it got to us it was lukewarm

My experience is not a standard so I don't want to discourage anyone from going. Tonight I saw a very short staffed team. There was only 2 people hosting, serving, bussing, and bartending. And only 1 cook. The manager was called and she chose not to show up and help her team so the first complaint I have is a lack of leadership and management. extremely unprofessional especially when your team asks for help and you choose not to come and help.
The food was fresh. The food was great quality. Good views. The atmosphere was nice. I think the poor team being so stretched out is why the service was on because you can't be everywhere at once.
I think there is much room for improvement starting with new management. I would go back to give them another chance because it wasn't the peoples fault there tonight.

Joined several members of our family for an early lunch on a recent Saturday in August. We ate outdoors on the patio (a great location) and the service was above average but my fish sandwich was the worst I have ever had. It arrived with no warmth remaining and the fish filet inside was in crumbles. I asked the server about this and her response was “yeah, that’s the way they do it here”. Someone speculated that they made fish sandwiches out of the same crumbled fish they use for their fish tacos. Don’t know if that’s true, but it makes sense. Almost everyone else in my party enjoyed their food, but I had trouble keeping mine in the bun. So, go to the restaurant but avoid the fish sandwich.

We came here during OSH week. I came here last year by myself during OSH week and there was a full menu. I was disappointed to see they had only limited menu options during OSH week this year. The burger tasted just ok. Service was good. The atmosphere was great. We sat outside and had a great view of the river and all the boats passing by. I liked the outside bar and live music! I would definitely come back to visit during any other week to give this place another try.

I understand that restaurants can be understaffed, but considering it wasn’t that busy and there were at least 3 servers working from the time we arrived and 2-3 arrived shortly after, the service should have been better. We waited 50 minutes before finally getting our burgers, only to find out our server had forgotten to put our order in. They didn't have buns and substituted them with white bread without informing us beforehand.
Throughout our visit we were only able to get 1 refill in almost 2 hours and she never checked on us once. To top it off when we went to pay, she disregarded our coupon, and we had to remind her to apply it.
The food itself was terrible, adding to the overall awful experience. We won’t be coming back and definitely do not recommend this place.
The burger was so heavy on onion, you couldn't taste the meat, fries had good flavor, outdoor area was nice. Don't think I'd return for the food.

It took over 2 hours to get food. After ordering a 1/2 hour later they came out and said there was no steak . It took over hour to get appetizers. Waitress looked like we were bothering her. .

It took a veery long time to be served. Our nachos took so long to come out and when they did the cheese wasn't ever melted and the chicken was cold. It was not worth the wait and I would highly recommend you go somewhere that cares about quality food and service.
