Absolutely the worst customer service here. The man who checked us out acted as if we were wasting his time. Maybe we caught them at a bad day, but hopefully this attitude doesn’t follow into the new location. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. Pizza was left unattended on the porch. No call. Manager Grey insisted hands were tied and could not return our money. When we went to get it off the porch, the pizza was destroyed.

The people that work at the Jackson Street location are polite, conscientious and professional. The pan pizza is the most delicious of all the crusts. I can’t believe I’m saying that about a pan pizza bcz they are normally too doughy but it’s Delicious. Reheated the next day in the oven it’s even crispier and better.

Ridiculous.. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, brookie, 4 dip cups and 2 liter of sprite @ 10 pm. And it didn't get delivered until 12:08 am... pizza is not even lukewarm.. pizza not cut all the way through. Husband called asking about it at 11:20 pm and was told they only had 1 driver.. time to call people in if your that busy..

I don’t order pizza very often, but the fact someone let that even go out to a customer is extremely surprising to me. I couldn’t even eat it due to the chicken being so hard. Taste like burnt tar. I usually don’t have any issues while ordering from this Location. But come on?

My experience started with the driver correcting me on my own address. With an attitude. Thanks Christine. Then I opened my pizzas and I learned I spent $50 to have to cut my own pizzas once again. Okay. Fine. But then eating them the “bacon” is simply the hardened end of what seems like ham which I had to spit out. When I called the girl who answered the phone had no idea what to do or say and didn’t give me to anyone superior to talk to but that’s not a surprise because more than once this store hasn’t had a manager on duty. -5/10

Ordered two pizzas, 1 pepperoni mushroom onion and one chicken bacon ranch, The driver must have been racing to get here because both pizzas were slid all over to one side of the box And I would rate both pizzas two of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten

Disgusting undercooked pizza, not sure what’s going on at this location but seems like they need to hire an entirely new staff, probably replace the owner too.
Food is terrible. Pizza has been undercooked the last 3 times I ordered it. Even when ordering well done. The female that answered the phone did not seem to care at all. The food they sent was literally RAW. They won't be happy until they get someone sick with food poisoning. This company has lost my business.

Continously sent out undercooked food. Pizza dough was RAW. You are going to give someone food poisoning. If you can't make pizza you should probably close your doors. You have lost my business. There are plenty of places to get pizzas from that know how to safely handle food.

Pizza is undercooked. Nasty. Couldn’t even finish it. Couldn’t even lift it out of the box and had to use a fork and knife to eat it: this is how doughy and soggy it was. The cardboard underneath stuck to the pizza.

I placed a curbside order today and waited almost 10 minutes for it to be brought out to my car. The cheesy bread was the only thing hot and fresh out the oven. It's been about 5 months since I last came to this location and I see things have not changed. Won't be back.
