Ordered a pizza for delivery, they came buzzed my door. I let the person in and the person put my entire order on the floor next to the door for the world to do with as they please… after what felt like 10 minutes of waiting for him to come to my door I finally went looking for my food. Very upset especially since we left a tip for the guy on the order. ?

I ordered my food via the app. When I tracked it, it said complete. I went to the location Kaitlyn came to the counter after a few minutes, she was advised that they dropped my brownie so it was in the oven. Now no one said anything to me. I’m just overhearing what’s going on. So she was visibly upset at the guy and told him to go to the other station and she took over finishing the orders as they came out the oven. When my brownie finally came out pizza cold now. Still no apologies for the wait. I was handed my pizza and brownie. I’m smelling burnt smell but didn’t think anything. The store was a mess and chaotic. I get home and the brownie is burnt. I mean you can see it’s burnt and it has the burnt smell. I head back to the store asked to speak to the manager on duty and Kaitlyn is looking at me and doesn’t respond. So the guy that dropped my brownie comes to the counter. I asked again for the manager on duty he calls for her. She comes and I show her the brownie and asked is this acceptable to serve. She said with an attitude they all come out like that. I said burnt? I asked her do she know how many of these I’ve purchased and they’ve never come out burnt so could she stop saying that. Then o asked for a refund. She slammed this little paper on the counter and walked off. I asked for a receipt stating it was refunded. She sent the guy that dropped my pizza to talk to me. I said why do you keep sending him if your the manager she said because she couldn’t talk loud. Mind you we just had a conversation and was understanding one another fine she said you can get the “f” out my store. I said don’t talk to me like that. She asked another co-worker a guy to remove me. I said how? He can’t physically touch me. He said get out or I’ll call the police. They called the cops and told them I was belligerent and cursing. I never said a swear. I don’t swear. So I waited for the cops who confirmed that the brownie was burnt. Called corporate. In the morning I will follow up and I will be filing a false police report claim on Caitlyn tomorrow as well. You can refuse service, you can ask someone to leave the establishment you CAN’T call the cops and lie to get them to come. They would’ve came regardless. Now please tell me if these are burnt or I’m tripping and Caitlyn was right the brownies come like this.

the family that runs the place is terrible to employees, unfriendly to customers, and irresponsible business owners. W2's needed to be sent out! Had to file a complaint with the Corporation!! Corp finally got us the W2! Constant smoke breaks, then ride employees a@@ that don't smoke to get work done. They are honestly just not decent human beings!! DO NOT WORK HERE !! So many other good pizza places to choose from.

This most recent order from domino's on jackson was way over done (both pizza's) , because they were overdone they were tough. Very disappointing! My 3 previously ordered pizza's were great one delivered order, two of which I picked up & the reason I came back.Am willing to try one more time hopefully I will not be disappointed, if so I will be done with dominos!

A lady was being completely rude on 11/19/2023, hung up the call, demanded that we were in the wrong. We got the wrong sauce for our wings. Said we did not know the difference between ranch & parmesan. Would not recommend ordering from here unless you want your order to be messed up. Very disappointing & unprofessional.

Would truly not recommend this Dominos place! Employees complete unprofessional, not compatible, & patronized me! Did not resolve our wings issue and casted a wide range of issues. Lady overreacted & hung up the call. I insist to not order from this location.
Pizza was very soggy and dough was almost raw. Box was completely soaking with steam and our box was flattened. Don’t recommend this location, dominos on the West side of Oshkosh is at least more tolerable.

Stores phone doesn’t work when you try to call to see where your pizza is and it takes over an hour to deliver not even 10 min away after it said it left the store. Toppers delivers in over half the time.plus delivery drivers are actually friendly.
