The heart and care that is put into this food is outstanding. I’ve been too many times to count and the food is always quick, hot, and exceeds expectations. It toes the line perfectly between traditional bar food and high end dining. Last time we were in the cook, Jerry, came out and introduced himself. You can tell by talking to him how much time and care he puts into every aspect of the food. Cocktails are on point. Atmosphere is on point. Dublins is a perfect hidden gem. Don’t ever change

We went to Dublin's for their Friday Fish. It was a wonderful experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful with great recommendations.
The cheese curds were deliciously crispy. The beer batter breading on the fish was perfect.
I tried a new drink there, a sour raspberry lager. It was amazing, I don't really like beer, but I loved that.

It was a very hot day when I went here and the AC was a huge relief. There was only one staff member working the bar and it was very busy. I wanted a hard cider, but didn't recognize the brands, so the bartender pulled a sample of each for me to try. She got busy again, and forgot about me (which was my fault because I wasn't trying to call attention, just relaxing in the cool), so when she brought me my cider she said it was on her. She was very nice and her customer service was excellent.
When my friend arrived we in the restaurant section, and the food was excellent, as was the service. Highly recommended!

Great bourbon selection. Food is always great and inexpensive. Trivia was fun and super chill. Bartenders were friendly and kept the drinks coming.

We went to Dublin’s on a Saturday night, the last night of the Oshkosh air show. I was surprised to see that the bar was not full of people. Just a couple of pilots and a few locals. We didn’t eat so I can’t comment on the food here. We ordered drinks. I had a Bloody Mary, which was garnished with a large spear of dill pickle and a skewer with a section of sausage and string cheese. My companion ordered a Harp (beer). Soon the bartenders were doing shots with us and everybody was laughing. Very friendly locals and bar staff made the visit fun.

Excellent food and drinks. A lot of microbrewery beers to choose from that complement the many varieties of Irish-style dishes they serve.
