I was really wanting donuts, stopped in the Oshkosh location. Walked in took a couple mins to get greeted as the two employees were chitchatting. Ordered my donuts, as the girl was grabbing my donuts, there was a handful of fruit flies flying in the case… it was super gross to see them flying around in there while they were grabbing the food.

idk what’s changed here but the service is not only rude but incredibly slow. three times now i’ve been stuck in the drive thru for 20+ minutes (no exaggeration) while i can see the workers (at least 5 of them) standing doing nothing inside and not helping anyone at the window. you can’t leave the drive thru either.

I went there and got a caramel latte and a hot choclate. They were visibly annoyed when I order the hot choclate for whatever reason. Then when they gave it to me hot choclate was all over the side of the cup. This picture is after I cleaned it up. But still ridiculous I am very disappointed because I usually love and Dunkin.

I go here at least twice a week and order 2 BEC bagels on plain bagels with white cheddar. That is in fact not what I got. Idek what kind of bagel I got. And I paid extra for the white cheddar, and also didn’t get that

I went to get coffee and was having some trouble with my card as it was frozen, Jessica was so kind and patient while I tried to work out the issue! I just wanted to once again say thank you to Jessica for her help, and for being so kind and empathetic in a truly frustrating situation.
This store is gross- filthy. The board of health need to make a drop in visit. It appeared that food prep area had not been cleaned in weeks- spills, stains, dried on syrups and spilled coffee. The counters were filthy- the outside of the store wasn’t any better. Gross- stay away from this location.

Donuts are basic. Breakfast sandwiches are nasty. The sandwiches taste like steamed bread. Hash brown tasted like what cleaning supplies smells like. Workers are dressed like unprofessional hippies which would make sense since they messed up our drink orders. Not hard to read an order screen.

Kenzie at Dunkin is a rock star. We needed to place a large order for an event (7 dozen and 80-90 coffees). She took my call assured me everything would be ready, labeled my order and informed the managers of our arrival time. Thank you Kenzie and Dunkin for making our event a success.
