It was okay service but now my coffees are only filled halfway so I don't think it's worth the money. I've asked about it and the manager said it's not supposed to be that low but they still hand me half a cup when I order a large.

Very friendly people. Coffee always tastes as expected. Thank you for what you guys do. I know it ain’t easy being the backbone of the morning rush and it’s appreciated.
As far as Dunkin’ as a business, point reward system could be a bit better, and the inside of the business is not relaxing at all. Coffee shops need to have a more relaxed style and comfortable for me to enjoy being inside of them.

As always they are friendly and fast. Whether you drive in or go inside it's always quick, they also have a Baskin Robin's inside you can eat at too.

Got a sour dough breakfast sandwich it was fantastic. And 2 dozen doughnuts quick in and out

We were the only ones in the store at the time but there were a lot of drive thru customers. The two young men working were absolutely the most friendly, polite and helpful I’ve ever met. Thank yous and conversation was exactly the way it should be!

Waited in line in side- no one else was inside, waited 5 minutes at the counter, not even acknowledged, two workers walking right past me. Ended up leaving, still not acknowledged.

We actually came here for Baskin Robbins for their specialty ice cream. My significant other went in to order, and the person working told him they couldn't make the sundaes we wanted on their menu. We went to DQ instead.

Get your services set straight. I pre ordered 24 doughnuts 2 weeks ago in advance had my receipt. Had someone to pick up my order. It wasn't ready for starters, second of all they told my dad they don't take "Pre orders" well then why did the guy take my order down in a book ahead of time. So I Specifically ordered them. And I get a variety pack. It's appreciated that I still had donuts but not the point to pre order for a reason. Your people need proper training!! Maybe next time instead of trying to pre order I will go off an app &an order the day of or just not order at all from you anymore!

The place was clean. However, there were only 10 varieties of donuts available and only 1 of their top ten rated donuts available. I get they can't have everything all the time, but if you are not even making 2-3 of your highest rated donuts available most of the time what is the point of having "donuts" as your namesake???The first woman who was serving me was very nice she got an A for customer service. The second woman grabbed the wrong donut and when I told her they were the wrong ones that the ones I asked for were in the tray next to those she rolled her eyes at me and didn't say a word to me the entire time. I've worked for years in restaurants as a server and a bartender. I've worked in retail and customer service. I know people can be trying as hell some times. But you don't take bad experiences out on customers especially those who have been nice to you thus far. This absolutely trashes the reputation of the business and will sour customers from ever wanting to return.For me it is a hard nope from now on.
