This oshkosh location is under new ownership and it’s made ALL the difference! Service and food are both fantastic! The choices offered to add to sandwiches are wonderful. We will be ordering from them many times in the future.

Horrible, for the 2nd time now. I gave a pass the 1st time, but this is apparently just how they are now, sadly. I will not be back. My half Tullius had ONE slice of roast beef on it. It was dry....I had asked for Xtra mayo, and they left the lettuce off like I asked, but also no tomatoes. Oh, and a few shards of onion. Absolutely terrible. My soup tasted like someone accidently dumped the salt shaker in it. It's unedible. I took pictures, that I planned on sharing with the WI St. Store, BUT, get this. The link for the survey doesn't work, AND the app has a glitch too, and had to use my laptop to even order it. Should have been my first clue honestly!

I was very excited to try Erbert and Gerberts as people at work raved about it...I finally had a chance and was disappointed...I am from a different town and am hopeful that the store but my house is better. ?That it is this particular location that I am displeased with. The (wheat) bread was hard, lettuce soggy and the ONE fire roasted tomato was so rubbery I had to spit it out. Was supposed to be pesto mayo, pretty sure it was just plain mayo. The bathroom was messy and the restaurant was not inviting, napkin dispensers were empty, tables did not appear to be disinfected...I ate in my car. The girl behind the counter was nice but she was alone...maybe this contributed to some of these issues.
The service was terrible. The only employee there was outside smoking and couldn't make sandwiches because he said the bread wasn't ready. The place was super sketchy and extremely dirty with a room off the entryway that looked like someone had ransacked it.
