Horrible, for the 2nd time now. I gave a pass the 1st time, but this is apparently just how they are now, sadly. I will not be back. My half Tullius had ONE slice of roast beef on it. It was dry....I had asked for Xtra mayo, and they left the lettuce off like I asked, but also no tomatoes. Oh, and a few shards of onion. Absolutely terrible. My soup tasted like someone accidently dumped the salt shaker in it. It's unedible. I took pictures, that I planned on sharing with the WI St. Store, BUT, get this. The link for the survey doesn't work, AND the app has a glitch too, and had to use my laptop to even order it. Should have been my first clue honestly!

I was very excited to try Erbert and Gerberts as people at work raved about it...I finally had a chance and was disappointed...I am from a different town and am hopeful that the store but my house is better. ?That it is this particular location that I am displeased with. The (wheat) bread was hard, lettuce soggy and the ONE fire roasted tomato was so rubbery I had to spit it out. Was supposed to be pesto mayo, pretty sure it was just plain mayo. The bathroom was messy and the restaurant was not inviting, napkin dispensers were empty, tables did not appear to be disinfected...I ate in my car. The girl behind the counter was nice but she was alone...maybe this contributed to some of these issues.

The service was terrible. The only employee there was outside smoking and couldn't make sandwiches because he said the bread wasn't ready. The place was super sketchy and extremely dirty with a room off the entryway that looked like someone had ransacked it.

I'm from out of town and had never been to one of these before. It was lunch time and we were the only ones in the place.The menu is pretty cool, lots of creative and amazing sounding choices left us pondering a bit and then settling on the Goliath with is basically a Philly cheese steak with bacon also. There wasn't size choices, you get one size. My estimation is it was about 8". I said to my friend I could come back for a week straight and get a different sandwich each time. Give these folks a try-----*****make sure to check in on Yelp first for the free chips or drink being offered, so you can redeem it on your visit. I checked in after I sat

Food is super tasty, and higher quality than something like subway. Looks expensive but worth the price for sure if you want a good hot sub.

Sandwiches are always good and food comes out fast. I'm sad that they took away the chicken tortilla soup.
I am struggling to give you a one. Garbage. I ended up just eating my cat's food. Thank you for the unique experience.

Ordered lunch for the office and everything was perfect! The staff is so friendly and everything was ready when it was supposed to be! An Oshkosh staple!

February 1st 2023Went in to pick up an order, front door was locked. Called to see if they were closed, told the door was broken and to use the back door. When I got inside, I suggested a sign on the door but the male sitting on his phone in the booth got a disrespectful attitude and said everyone uses the back door. I said clearly bot everyone and he became irate and disrespectful after I said it was unprofessional. 0 stars.

Everyone is so overly critical of a sandwich shop good god. You order a sandwich you get a sandwich also who put the cost at $$$$ it's def not expensive and if you view it as expensive you shouldn't be buying sandwiches you should be making them. I order all the time for work things and it's always what I expected. People are humans they may forget something but be a decent person back and think is it worth my time to damage the business

We used to order all the time but then they started forgetting things and getting simple sandwich instructions wrong. The past 4 orders have been wrong. This time the pickles that were sent were completely smushed, rancid and Translucent and they forgot my sons meal entirely. After calling I received “Well do you want us to drive all the way back with another one?” And so I said a refund would do since it was such an inconvenience for them and he said “Well I have to have the other manager do that so bye.”
