More fazolis locations please, we had to drive over an hour, but it's worth it. Bread sticks are delicious; combo lunch plates are a great value and very good.

Our server Serena was above and beyond tonight! I was moving out of my apartment all day and came here after a long day to dine in, My server Serena not only was ON IT with the breadsticks! She was also very kind and even fixed my pizza mistake. Thank you for a great dine in experience!

Food was really good until I started biting to the chicken. Every single piece of my chicken fettuccine had gristle in it. And I think it was because when she asked if I wanted a tip, I said, no, and just paid for my meals, and i think they gave me a bunch of gristle chicken because I wasn't tipping, and then she gave me a really dirty look when I said I didn't want to tip and she was really rude

I haven't been to Fazoli's in years and the experience here made me regret that deeply. I've forgotten how good the food is and how quickly it's prepared; the staff was extremely accommodating and polite; comfy atmosphere at a wonderful location. Couldn't ask for anything more (except for more vegetarian options but that's more an issue for corporate not this particular store.)
Vegetarian options: A veggie baked sandwich would be good.
