We were immediately greeted when we walked in the restaurant. Our sandwiches were made quickly and delivered to our table. One of the best meatball subs I’ve ever had - far superior to Subway’s. The cheese was melted perfectly onto the garlic bread, it was coated well with pizza sauce, and the juicy meatballs and pepperoni weren’t left unseasoned. Cool fire department themed interior!

First time at a firehouse sub location and it was very good! My wife brought me there and informed me of the photo that shows the bunker gear purchased for the Utica FD. It's good to see a company actually using the money people round up to give for good actually go to good use. As a prior firefighter, new bunker gear is so nice to have.Good food, good service, awesome use of the round up money. Will be back!

Walked in the restaurant and noticed an employee with gloves on in the back holding her phone and touching her face and then she proceeded to walk out and continue prepping food without changing gloves which seemed very unsanitary. I did not even end up ordering food and left immediately.
Don’t expect to be able to take a picture for your family or company they don’t like that here and will tell you not to. They kept repeating themselves making it a point even though it’s a public place.I don’t want to come back here and hope my friends and family go somewhere else for gatherings.

The owner of this location is super nice and he’s typically there when I go.I love the veggie sub. It’s the only sub place I’ve found that has a genuinely good hot veggie sub. Half of the time a sub places idea of a veggie sub is marinara and some peppers, which is gross. Their’s is much better and high quality. I get the same sub every time.Vegetarian options: The veggie sub is vegetarian friendly as is the Mac N Cheese. I’m sure the salads can be changed to be, I just haven’t had them myself.
