I ordered a cheeseburger, and it was awesome! I ordered a chocolate/caramel milkshake, and it was superb! I ordered the Cajun fries, and they were a bit too spicy for my taste. The employees were very friendly and helpful as they answered all of my questions before I ordered. The only reason that Five Guys is not getting five stars from me is that all of the tables/chairs in the seating area needed to be wiped down. They were not filthy dirty, but there were water puddles from previous eaters' drinks and napkins left on the tables.

It smelled bad in the restaurant. Although clean it wasn't very inviting. Just doesn't look like somewhere I'd want to stay and eat. The staff were accommodating but no smiles what so ever.

I think we can all agree the food here is great and very consistent from location to location. I also think we can all agree the people who work for 5 guys always do an amazing job. I would actually put money on the order accuracy being better at 5 guys than Chick-fil-A. But.. and this is the big one, that I also think everyone can agree with. It's too dang expensive. Jeez

Yesterday evening. Fries were excellent. The patties were blonde unfortunately, they needed more sear. Patties needed more sear. That is what kicks the flavor over the top and makes the sandwich superior. Please please please do better!
