It smelled bad in the restaurant. Although clean it wasn't very inviting. Just doesn't look like somewhere I'd want to stay and eat. The staff were accommodating but no smiles what so ever.

I think we can all agree the food here is great and very consistent from location to location. I also think we can all agree the people who work for 5 guys always do an amazing job. I would actually put money on the order accuracy being better at 5 guys than Chick-fil-A. But.. and this is the big one, that I also think everyone can agree with. It's too dang expensive. Jeez

Yesterday evening. Fries were excellent. The patties were blonde unfortunately, they needed more sear. Patties needed more sear. That is what kicks the flavor over the top and makes the sandwich superior. Please please please do better!

The food was good but expensive... For 4 of us to eat, it was almost $90 and none of us got anything super fancy. Also, the restaurant was pretty dirty and the staff was not incredibly helpful. I gave it a "3" because of the food quality.

Went here, usually good. Bun was dry, stale. Price is over 10.00 bucks for a single patty hamburger. The coke was off. We mentioned it to the workers. They could care less. Very disappointed in Oshkosh location. Sad....I used to believe this was the best place to go. Now....it's not.
The hamburger buns were not my favorite. Were immediately soggy. (I am super picky about buns though, lol) I would order without a bun next time. Everything else was great.
