I love HuHot, it’s my favorite restaurant to go to. But I will never order takeout again. This is the third time they have messed up my takeout order. The first time they put broccoli in it and now this time they used the wrong noodles and they added a bunch of bean sprouts. I hate bean sprouts, my order is the most simple order, basically meat, noodles, and sauce. I spent $20 and I drove 40 minutes to get my order and I get it home and it’s wrong, very disappointed. Would recommend dining in but to never get takeout.

This was my first time, the instructions for how to add oils and sauces was very helpful. The advice from my friend to use 2 bowls was very helpful. The only reason I wasn't able to give 5 stars was because they didn't have good water chestnuts out.
Dietary restrictions: As you put together your own bowl you are able to control what goes into it. Ask the cashier for allergen bowls.

First time to get the opportunity to go to this restaurant. Unique experience and a great meal with excellent service. We were early on Sunday as we arrived at 11:30 AM. We were greeted by a wonderful hostess who had worked the previous night and was back doing a great job despite only having 3 hours of sleep! They were 2 workers short, so she was not only taking care of the reception but also assisting the fryer and bussing the tables! We look forward to bringing more family members to experience this restaurant.

Compared to other HuHot's I've been to, this location was top notch. Food was cooked to perfection, excellent staff, and the manager, Jenelle, was very attentive and kind. I drove an hour to this location, and it was definitely worth it! I will definitely be back!

It's healthy like like Chipotle, but with more spicy goodness. As an added bonus, there were very attentive and careful to not cross contaminate my gluten-free selections.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free components were clearly labeled. Cooked with clean spatulas and guards to prevent cross contamination.

I used to very much enjoy going here with my family around their birthdays because they used to do big fire balls as we all chanted how hot HU hot how hot Hu hot! Now they did not do that but also you cannot order any more desserts from the table as when I asked what I thought was a waitress and tried getting a smores when she just told me that you can only order that upfront which was news to me. Also I asked to get tortillas as I used to put my noodle concoction in shells and now I guess they charge for those as well and they used to be free. I'm not sure if they had a problem with people dining and dashing or no staff but I hate this new set up to be critically honest.
Vegetarian options: They have many options for vegetarians but you need to tell them that before they put on grill to make sure it does not mix with meat sauce.
