Coffee was cold. Most of our food items were burnt-chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, and hash browns. Omelette was warm on bottom and cold on top. Table supplies were not filled- regular sugar packets were one item that was empty. Our waitress was friendly and tried to be helpful. Overall cost was way too much for the quality of food. It was $53+ tip for two kids’ meals and two adult meals. We will not be back!

Our waitress Joanie made our experience feel like we were at a holiday meal served by our favorite relative. She cared about the cleanliness of the restaurant, the quality of our food, and made sure our needs were met the whole time we were there. She was amazing!!

From the moment we sat down, our waitress, Joanie, lit up the room with her energy and charm. She had that rare ability to make every guest feel like the most important person in the restaurant. I explained that I was difficult with ordering, but she handled it with grace. Her recommendations were spot-on and she delivered our tasty food with enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
What stood out most was her charisma—she wasn’t just taking orders, she was creating an experience. She remembered little details, cracked just the right jokes, and balanced professionalism with warmth effortlessly.
I truly enjoyed the service Joanie provided and hope to enjoy seeing her again sometime!

I come in often and have had some iffy experiences, but this time I had to come leave a review for Joanie. For being new and being the only server on, on a Friday night, she did an awesome job. You can tell she was doing the best she could, with as many tables as she had. Will definitely go back, just for her sparkling personality. She also seems to be trying her best to clean as much as she can, around serving her tables, in her down time and the cleanliness has been noticed and appreciated.

Joanie is amazing! She has been accommodating and was super nice! The area was much cleaner than prior visits, and the waitress was incredible! The food is still not quite up to par, but her happy attitude made up for it! When I come up this way for business I will definitely be checking to see if Joanie is working before I sit down, as she made my entire trip so much better!

We waited for a very long time before someone came out to seat us, then we waited again for service. There were only 2 other tables with customers. The people behind us received their food before anybody came to take our order. The rubbery crepes took a very long time. Meanwhile the manager was having a one-on-one very loudly right next to the dining room. We could hear about all the server's transgressions. We will not be back.
