Only attempted to eat here twice in the last ten years. The first time we waited for over 40 minutes after ordering with no sign of our food or our waitress, even though everyone there had already been served including people that arrived after we did, so we got up and left. The last time we went they were out of waffle batter so we left without ordering

The staff is working hard and the food is great, but they clearly need more employees to make the dining experience run smoothly. Our waiter was awesome, but he had too many tables assigned to him which didnt allow him to get us food or drinks in a timely manner.

It took 15 minutes to get seated, it took almost half an hour to get the food. There were no locks on the women's bathroom stalls, there was feces on the men's toilets. The floor was incredibly dirty. When my table got our food it was cold.

Little stinky upon entering. We were greeted promptly and politely and sat right away. Semi-busy but seemed people were finishing up by the time we sat down. The orders took forever and they burned my omelet. I don't like burnt food! I asked for a new one but now everything else was cold, bacon and hash browns. My son only had pancakes and said they were good! Better be! This is a place known for its pancakes 🥞. We never went back to this location. We went to the one on Wisconsin Ave in Appleton and it was worse! Food, service, atmosphere all bad. Dirty and smelly. We were the only ones there! This has really gone down since I was a kid! My family used to love going there but not anymore. I make my own pancakes and omelets now...no complaints 😋
