Stopped in with a chocolate chip cookie craving.. there was no one in the store but the baker and delivery guy. The counter dude/ baker was awesome. Extremely friendly, very professional, polite and respectful. He had the best customer service attitude! As always, the cookies were amazing!

The cookies are amazing. They just need to learn how to cook them a little longer because there’s no reason why I just ordered cookies from there and there’s still doughy in the middle like I shouldn’t have to taste the batter in the middle so I had To put them in my oven too cook a lil longer other than that, they’re amazing also, when you try to call to speak to someone, no one answers the phone and their voicemail is full so you can’t even leave a message

The cookies are tasty but are very expensive. I like the idea of them being warm, but it's like heat lamp warm, so they get a bit dried out. The melted chocolate chips hide that a bit. I'm sure the ice cream helps too. There were only 2 ice cream flavors available when we were there, (which should never happen in the state of WI) and neither were options I wanted to make a cookie sandwich out of so I was disappointed and just ate cookies. The seating situation looks like they are begging you to leave.
I'm not mad I went. Would I go back again? No. Not unless the prices were cut in half.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is up a flight of outside stairs. I don't know if there's any type of elevator.

I got some ice cream and a brownie which were both delicious.I was however unaware you guys no longer use GrubHub for delivery.Also when the rule changed that your delivery drivers aren't supposed to enter apartment buildings because of Covid. I had ordered a couple other times months ago and the delivery drivers brought my food to my door. I was a bit upset that the driver told me he could not enter my apartment building because of Covid rules when a few months ago they could.

It is wrong that they refuse to accept cash - a legal form of payment. We will not return, and I will be sure to let my friends and family know to go elsewhere if they want overpriced cookies.
