Guy behind the register charged me $5.50 for double meat on a regular sub instead of the 275 it should’ve been and sat there and argued with me about how double meat should have two charges on there when if I had not asked for extra meat I wouldn’t have one to begin with. Made absolutely no sense, but I don’t have time to argue with him.

When Jersey Mike's makes the sub perfectly right it's awesome. But when they forget to add your extras and never tell you that they ran out of Parmesan bread that they needed a substitute it the sandwich starts failing. It would be nice if the treated loyal customers better. We go there a lot.

One of the best sub places around here. Meats and cheeses are sliced fresh and the veggies look fresh also, not bagged. I really enjoy the red pepper sauce they have as a topping option.

I love Jersey Mike's and was excited that there was one on our way to Appleton to hit up around dinnertime. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. The sandwiches were tasty as always! It did seem like too much of a coincidence though that both my and my husband's stomachs felt a bit off later that night, so that's why the 4 stars.

Ordered 2 subs. Neither of the subs had any sauce on it, one of them had the wrong toppings, and they forgot bacon on one of the subs. Not a great experience.

I had the ham and provolone sub. I found it just ok. I have to admit I find their bread tough to chew. The overall taste of the sub was average. I have found other national sub chains to have better tasting bread and wider assortment of toppings and choices.

I ordered three giant subs this afternoon. The slip had instructions for extra mayo (all 3) and two of them had extra mayo along with other extra toppings. Only one sub came with extra mayo. And this is totally okay, mistakes happen. HOWEVER, when I simply called and said the one was already eaten but could I come back and have the other one remade with the extra toppings? All the manager could tell me was that she made the subs the first time. Which I'm assuming meant I was crazy and she wasn't wrong. When I went to go get the sub all she said to me was "here ya go" I'm sorry that not every one likes their roast beef dry, Lisa. And because we want to be rude over sub sandwiches here's a picture of the sub that was made with extra mayo vs the ones that weren't made with extra mayo. Maybe go get your roast beef wet and some customer service classes, Lisa.
