It would be really great if it didn't take so long that the ice in the soda is melted AND the sub is warm. It's gotten worse since they started using Uber to deliver it. I love jimmy johns, but I'm tempted not to order it anymore. Especially when it takes an hour to get our food...

It took 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich then they gave it to my neighbor. When I called about my sandwich the so called manager was upset they made a mistake. Never again

I placed an order at 5:47PM, supposedly was being delivered at 5:53PM and the time currently is 7:00PM. I honestly can say this is the worst Jimmy John’s that I’ve ordered from. I called to cancel my order and get a refund to which I was told “ the order should be there any minute” 30 min later and still not here. I was told that I would have to wait for it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

7/24 update. Decided to get JJ for supper from my go to Jimmy John's on Wisconsin in Oshkosh. I jinxed myself I guess. They messed up my order. It was still delicious but they missed putting on lettuce, extra mayo packets, ranch seasoning and didn't even get a napkin. It happens. I get it. Will still return to that store.
7/23 This is my go to Jimmy Johns in Oshkosh. Way more attentive than the location on Koeller. This location always gets my mobile order correct.

I was ordering from this specific Jimmy John’s for the last 5+ years since it’s the closest to my house(s). Last night you guys messed up my order once again (I order multiple times a month, 50% of the time my order is messed up). I called last night right away because they sent my food through a 3rd delivery service and didn’t give them all the food. I called they said I’d get my refund right away, then I called again today because they charged my card again and I get put in with the “Manager” who was rude right out the gate and hung up on me. Won’t return to this Jimmy John’s again. Will most definitely got to the other side of town to get Jimmy John’s from now on. Jimmy John’s app is getting deleted. Thanks for ruining a good thing Jimmy John’s manager.

I went in and I asked for a number 4 turkey tom with provolone cheese and I asked for giant. I placed my order first and 1 other gal came in after me and an online order came through. Those sandwiches were made before mine and I waited at least 10 minutes before I got mine. I ate half of my sandwich until I realized there was no cheese on my sandwich. I called the store and they asked me for a receipt and come in with the sandwich they never gave me a receipt when I paid or after I got my order for pickup he asked me to come back and bring in the whole sandwich to have proof that there is no cheese on the sandwich but the manager was there making the sandwich with the other gentleman and he can't remember he put cheese on it? I paid for the cheese. I said well can I bring at least half of the sandwich in because I already ate half and he told me no he needs the whole sandwich to have proof to remake it. WOW! I called 15 min later after I got home. So mind you this all took place within 15 min
