manager is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to not only his employees but the customers too. he laughed in my face at me for pronouncing a sub wrong. made me not want to come back but i did and this time he laughed in my boyfriends face and refused to fix an order that they messed up.my boyfriend told them how he wanted his sub, and they even had repeated it back to him. then when it came out wrong they claimed my boyfriend didn’t tell them it right, and refused to fix it or make him a new sub. even if the customer said the wrong thing WHICH HE DIDNT, the restaurant should always fix the order instead of forcing them to eat something they don’t want? absolutely ridiculous the manager is on a power trip and extremely rude and disrespectful to everyone. i’ve even seen him mistreating his employees. he needs training in how to be a manager because he shouldn’t be one. he makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwanted in every single experience i’ve witnessed and been a part of. he doesn’t even say please thank you have a nice day ANYTHING i’ve never met a person so wrong for their job. managers are the face of the restaurant and he is giving jimmy john’s a bad rep and making you guys lose customers. insane

Under poor management. Avoid going to this jimmy johns. Every visit I have a bad experience. Forgotten subs, low effort, and not customer oriented. The managers on site have horrible customer service, never treated right. Last time I spent over $50 here for my family and they messed everything up. Ive put in a mobile order a few times at this location and all those times I have yet to receive my drinks with the order. Tonight I ordered a bottle of sprite and one large fountain drink for my husband to pick up for dinner. I got home and asks where the drinks were….. they weren’t sitting by the order for pick up…. Funniest part is that there were straws in the bag! Come on guys it’s not that hard to put the drinks with the bags or read the order to completion!

Easily the most inconsistent place to order delivery from. It's either there in 10 minutes or it takes over an hour. Not impressed.
Delivery always takes more than half an hour. And when you call to find out about your order, the person who answers hangs up on you when they need more information. For example, the one that is working today 12/8 3:35pm

It took 30 minutes to deliver the sandwich then they gave it to my neighbor. When I called about my sandwich the so called manager was upset they made a mistake. Never again
