Usually not bad. This last time I ordered my usual #4 and what I got was basically an abundance of lettuce on bread. Absolutely horrible. Time before that, same thing. Seems to be a reoccurring issue now. If I wanted a salad, I would order one!

I love jimmy johns but im stuck having to order from this one because college doesn’t deliver to me. :( every time i order they take forever and mess up my order. I pay extra for cheese on my sub and never get it. Can they not read the ticket. I call every time and they make me save my sub to return and wait again for my food. This is very upsetting. I can’t even count how many times this has happened. Very angry?

Would it kill you guys to put SOME Jimmy Peppers in my sandwich when I ask for EXTRA? Lol! Seriously, every time I order I get the same thing with EXTRA peppers and I literally get ZERO every. Single. Time.

First time at this location, store seemed clean. Used the app to get my usual #12 Beach Club and the forgot the avocado ? ?. How could you. A little skimpy on the fillings compared to other locations also. Tasted ok, just missed my ? ?

After 29 years of just eating at subway for subs I finally tried Jimmy John’s and all I can say is idk what I was thinking eating at subway!! I had the tuna giant and it was so fresh and delicious the bread was great the tuna was fresh and so were the vegetables!
