Most non locals will visit Kellys during Airventure. We arrived on the Saturday and the university wasn't doing food so we went here. Bear in mind as a international visitor I like non tourist places and this felt like a genuine locals place. The yard had a marquee over it with tables and a outside bar, there was also inside. That night they were only doing pizza, $10 out of the freezer but tasty. Other nights they has specials on, again all around $10. After a long, hot day at the show we loved Kellys, the waitresses were mostly beautiful, and all friendly. The food was simple but tasty and the service great. Don't expect gourmet food but the beer was cold and the welcome warm.

Need to be better at checking fakes. Too many underages that they let in. They also need to start checking how many people they’re letting in. Way too many people and it’s annoying because they’re all underaged freshmen.

Our band “Almost Normal” played there last night and the large outdoor area was packed with local college students having a blast. The bartenders were friendly and the security staff were very helpful in crowd management.
I lived in Scott Hall for 3 years in the mid 1970's. Kelly's to this day has never disappointed. I remember when it was a Spur station.The fact that they have successfully maneuvered the business and political challenges for 45+ years is to be celebrated! A classic College bar, it brings you back to Flounder, Bluto, and Niedermayer.

A bit bias because I have only been here during the airshow, but this place is one of the places to be during Oshkosh, here and Acey Duecey youre likely to run into airshow pilots and some big names. Drinks and fun to be had by all.
