Asked for boneless wings, which they said they carried in 8pc, recieved bone in. Went back to the store and they told us they didnt carry boneless and that there was nothing they could do about it. Including a refund, despite our food being untouched and having the receipt. asked for a pizza while there and received a messy not fully cooked and fully uncut pizza. This is an hour to half hour before close and they were not busy. Wont be returning to this establishment in the future.

Everytime I get a pizza from here its under cooked and not cut all the way through.
We ordered pretzel crust pizzas, and got it home to see that it wasn't actually pretzel crust. It was just regular crust with salt sprinkled on it. We called the store and they offered a refund, which is why I gave 4s for service and atmosphere. And the pizza still tasted great, but it felt like they were cutting corners and trying to get away with it like nobody would notice.

Just came in and placed an order the was not a "Hot and ready" order. The cashier slammed his hand down, and continuously made loud banging noises in the back while I waited stating his displeasure of having to do the extra work. Very uncomfortable feeling the entire time. Meanwhile another customer walked in while I was waiting complaining about his pizza being burnt to a crisp and wanting a replacement. Very awkward. Will be the last time ordering from here.

Day shift is fine. Night shift you walk in music blaring. I dont mind music but mumble rap from some tiktok celebrity isn't needed in this setting. Everyone standing around or Bending over a table on their phones with no pizzas in the warmers. So your stuck there waiting 10 plus minutes depending on how many pizzas you order. Yes they're fresh, but it's supposed to be a convenient option. Hot and Ready isn't at this location lol
