Sat in my car waiting for app notification. 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, I walked inside and asked about my order. She walked to the back and immediately brought me my order. So it was probably done on time, they couldn't be bothered to put it in a pizza portal, just leave it out on a table to get cold and not notify customer it's ready. Worse location ever; I'm sorry I moved here.

Order $25 of food. Pizzas undercooked, employee didn't have my sauces with the order, not one but two orders of crazy bread are LEGIT doughy, extremely undercooked. And probably not safe to eat. This shop needs help ASAP uncooked dough is not safe. Also not worth the price I paid for dough

If I could give this place and the manager on duty 0 stars I would. I recently ordered a pizza on the app and paid for it. I got to the store and was told the order was cancelled and that I had cancelled it. I did not. I had the receipt and the portal number and everything to show the manager and she refused to give me my order. The transaction had already left my account. I had no emails that the order was cancelled, only the email stating THE PIZZA WAS READY FOR PICKUP! She then tells me that she can make me one but I would have to pay again!!! What??? Absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here. I can't even call customer service because they are "closed"!!! At 7pm??? So essentially I gave them free money because I never got my order. Completely insane.

Ordered a pepperoni. Got a sausage pizza instead. Pizza was well underdone. Also ordered crazy bread but it was all stuck together in one big undercooked ball. Young man at the counter was friendly but couldn't speak up much. Was also difficult to hear each other with the loud people in the back yelling over the loud music. At least they couldn't mess up the garlic butter cups.

You just can't beat the prices, I love I can feed a whole team and not lose my wallet. The most delicious cheesy breadsticks that you could ever ask for!! They are always so quick and professional when I come in.
Kid-friendliness: Very small store, 2 chairs available to wait for your pizza, is not meant to be a hangout area.

They always get my order right and i order before i leave so my food is ready when i get there, its about a 10 minute drive from main street depending on traffic, which the orders usually take 10 to 15 minutes to get resdy ehich is perfect, and prices are so cheap for the food!
The classic pizza is always delicious and such a great price. But the italian bread and deep dish crusts have had a funky taste recently... not sure if something changed, but it definitely needs to be looked into. I don't know how to describe it, something is just off. Also, the regular breadsticks are a hit and miss... sometimes they are baked properly and sometimes they are literally dough.

Mediocre at best. A bunch of high schoolers that are either too socially awkward or just wanna yell, throw tantrums, and swear about their shotty “boyfriends” from the kitchen. Really annoying, especially if I have to stand there for 15 minutes while my food is made. I will stick to the location on Jackson St.

Ordered stuffed crust and got the cheap regular pizza instead. For pickup. Called for a refund and claim they can’t do it in store, gave me the delivery customer support number. Had to find the customer service number online to talk to anyone after being on hold for 10 minutes. Go spend your $15 on some real pizza like Pizza
