Service was absolutely terrible. The waitress sat and looked at us for over 10 minutes as we were waiting to order, mind you they were not busy at all. I asked for the check several times and it took her forever to get it to me. If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Will not be coming back.

We have been here 5 times in the last two years. We always hope it will be better than the last experience. Tonight was our last attempt. The place was pretty empty so you would think the service would be optimal. The waitress was rude and never brought us more chips for the cheese dip. I will NEVER spend another dollar here. I will only look as I drive by. Its a shame because the previous business that was there was great!

Burritos are huge! Pollo dishes are very flavorful with their homemade cheese sauce. Atmosphere is authentic and the staff was great. Margaritas are yummy, but the jalapeno one could be spicier. I'd definitely go back if it were in my area.

I have been here multiple times, used to be a favorite for cheap and quick food. Our meal started by being sat directly across from the cashier desk. Not usually a problem, but we got to sit and watch the employees chit chat instead of serving the guests in the restaurant. When we finally were served we didn’t get silverware and our cheese dip was cold and chunky. We tried to bring this to the attention of our waitress but she turned and left before even fully setting anything on the table.
The two waitresses on for the evening sat on their phones chatting at the front throughout our whole meal. We didn’t get refills even as all three party members at my table stared at our waitress waiting for her to check on us. Again, we were sat literally five feet from them. Our food came out cold and my partners nachos were soupy. Multiple other tables in the restaurant made comments on the terrible service while we ate. We watched a group come in, get sat, and leave due to how long they were waiting. There were maybe 2 or 3 other tables besides us.
Three sodas and three normal meals was $85+. Overall one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in awhile.
They are so sweet. The food is so good. My boyfriend and I got drinks and food amd even though I spilled my order they replaced it for free. Thank you i appreciate you guys.

Always get a receipt! Somehow my bill got an extra $10 added to it, when I tried to dispute it, my dispute was denied due to me not having a receipt. Not a good business model to steal from your customers
