MACS (Macaroni And Cheese Shop) Oshkosh

I cant say anything about the food because I'm just waiting on a doordash order, however Ive been here for like 10 minutes waiting & all I can focus on is every single female working here has long hair dangling down infront of their chest, and when they bend over you cant tell me its not touching something on the line because its literally just out everywhere, not tied back at all, like its disgusting.

Definitely would recommend trying The Chili Mac! 5/5

We ordered sandwiches and fries from Macs with delivery through door dash. We've always enjoyed Macs food but unfortunately the wrong order was delivered, it was the correct receipt and order on the bag but the totally wrong order in the bag so it wasn't the delivery services fault. So we really over paid for what we received.

Terrible service at this location. The person taking orders didn't say anything to me. Just stared in my direction. I ordered Memphis Mac and a Patty Melt. While I waited I watched the cook make my patty melt while eating and drinking without changing her gloves(pictured). Ended up getting CBR Mac. It was ok. Not what I ordered though.

I always wanted to come to one of these restaurants, and I was not disappointed. The only issue I had was choosing exactly which mac and cheese dish I wanted. They all look so good, how am I supposed to pick just one?

Please open up a MACS restaurant in the Twin Cities area.

I stopped on my way home from work to pick up a large chicken bacon ranch and a small Philly around 5pm they have a billboard in the lobby that has specials on it when I got there there was a family standing in front of it and I could not see it I was waiting for my yo go order and was able to see it at that time it was still before 6pm and from 3-6 its buy 1 large get a small for $1 I asked why I didn’t get it the girl told me because you didn’t ask for it I told her I couldn’t see it and she turned around ignored me and went about her business this experience left a bad taste in my mouth I find that to be pretty crappy I don’t think I’ll be back poor customer service

I love the food but my last 3 orders have progressively gotten worse to my last not even having the right mac I ordered. I get the same specific modified order every time so it’s starting feel personal

I love this place and I have since I was thirteen. We went once in the Dells and it was amazing. As an Oshkosh local, we always ventured out to Appleton to get MACS. I am now employed at the Oshkosh location and I love eating here even after being here for a year. Usually when you work somewhere for a while, you get sick of the food. Not here. Everything is always made fresh and my fellow staff care very much about our guests experience.

Kwik trip has better mac and cheese, no joke. It was greasy and flavorless. I was not impressed. The bread crust things were so hard. Inedible. I will not be ordering again. Too small a portion for the price.
