Just received a delivery order and it is AWFUL. Everything single item is terrible, except for the crab rangoons.
The food is a combination of bland and no flavor, strange and bad flavor, tough chewy meat, weird cinnamon like flavor in a noodle dish, WAY too much fish sauce in a other dish making it basically inedible. A complete waste of $110. I would not EVER order from here again. Worst Asian food take out I've ever had in my life. Very disappointed.

After a long day of fishing with the family, we decided to stop by for some food before heading home. Simply one of the worse decisions ever. I don't understand how anyone could serve food so terrible and continue to operate. We ordered porkbelly, chicken leg quarter, udon, orange chicken, pho, and papaya salad. The pork belly and chicken leg were not fresh. You could taste the funk that it's been sitting in the fridge for at least 1 day. It was refried and so dry and hard that my kids couldn't eat it. The udon was terrible. All we could taste in the orange chicken was the sesame oil. The pho was watery and had no flavor. The papaya salad was yuck. The water was probably the best thing we had. Do the community a favor and close up before you get people really sick.

There’s two entrance to this place and the north entrance is very shady looking. Honestly I wasn’t sure how to get in. The menu looks appetizing but the taste isn’t all there. Ordering was pretty fast but the wait time took the longest. I’ve waited 20-25 minutes for one dish. I have ordered the bulgogi, and all I got was a mouth full of salt. Rice was overcooked. The water tasted like tap water. The place is semi clean. Everything is self serve, including getting a cup of water, utensils, and napkins. Also I should mention is that, you have to put your own dishes away. They have it setup for you. All you got to do is throw away your leftover food in one bin and put your dirty dishes in another bin. The place is very quiet and empty. Feels very awkward. I came here because of the hype and I was fishing nearby, only to be a let down. I wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you’re very hungry.

I always come and get the Ultimate Fresh Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce. It’s my favorite. They do a really good job making the food here. Their portions are really large. My favorite dish is the Chicken Yakisoba and the Mama’s Signature Broth Pho. The pho has such an awesome flavor as well as a great heat to it and I love that the lunch special is $6.30 total right now. A great deal and it always fills me up. I also enjoy the self serve pho toppings because I like to add a lot of them in the pho.
Things that they could improve on are the non-spicy pho and making sure the ingredients for the pho are fresh instead of older. Sometimes I’ve had to pick through what was mostly older Basil and sprouts.

Poor quality of hmong food. Not real hmong food…!!!! I order a padthai, Hmong sausage and porkbelly with sticky rice. Sausage was not homemade, they use the sausage that was sold at the oriental store that is 5 for $12, sold one piece with like a pound of sticky rice for $20 big rip off right there, the sauce for the padthai, test like the sauce was over 10 day in the frieg, and bean sprouts that was with the padthai was rotten for couple of days, i guess the chef try to save food cost but not the way to serve to your customer, pork belly…. blah no flavor at all, they use siu char brand chinese food color out of the package to marinade the pork and deep fry and severed. poor room atmospheres, tall kitchen upright box was in dinning room, along with other items that is not suppose to be seen from customers, water station and condiment station, was not very sanitized.. if a health inspection every get to this restaurant for sure 100% will get shut down, this is as my first time and will be my last time for this place.

Ordered Egg Rolls and The Pho Lunch Special…WONDERFUL!! Egg Rolls were cooked PERFECTLY and were as light as air w/ their wonderful filling…Pho lunch special was equally as tasty…especially after being urged to blend the regular Pho broth w/the Spicy Hot Pho Broth…made for an incredibly tasty bowl of Pho…YUM!!??

We love Mammas. We moved to Milwaukee and haven’t found one to top Mammas signature Pho. It’s definitely worth the trip. They deserve nothing less than glowing 5 star reviews. The service is always friendly and speedy and the pho is unlike anything else.
If I could give them 10 stars I would! The workers here are some of the sweetest people I have ever met! The food feels homemade and this restaurant holds a special place in my heart. Wonderful service!
